Leider ein Reinfall

Leider kann ich mich dem ein oder anderem Vorredner anschließen. Man kann diese Wohnung wirklich nur zum Schlafen nutzen. Selbst diese Aussage ist schwer zu zustimmen. Leider sind die Betten noch nicht mal richtige Betten sondern nur ausziehcouch. War in den Bildern anders dargestellt. Das Platzangebot um zu essen in der Küche ist für 4 Personen sehr eng. Die Spülmaschine reinigt nicht mehr.

Die Lage ist nicht schön, die Wohnung liegt in einem ziemlich heruntergekommenen Haus. Es war nicht sauber, die Kommunikation über die Agentur sehr unbefriedigend.

Appartement propre et agréable

Appartement très calme. Deux grandes chambres confortables. Par contre une toute petite cuisine mais assez bien équipée en électroménager. Pour 4 manque un peu de vaisselle . Bus pour la gare centrale en bas de l'immeuble donc très pratique pour explorer la ville. Coffe shop à côté pour pain croissant. Excellent service de la part de l'agence qui a permis à notre fille de récupérer l'appartement à notre place car nous arrivions très tard et gentille attention de leur part pour Noël avec bougies et père Noël en chocolat. Merci. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nice and uncomplicated

I stayed with my teenage kids and we love it. Not far from Hauptbahnhof and really easy to reach with public transport. Would recommend this place.

Appartement correct, simple et basique

Appartement correct, simple et basique, un peu décevant par rapport aux photos. Literie correcte, cuisine simple (spartiate), manque de couverts, table en formica petite, 3 chaises pour 4 personnes. Les rideaux sont très clairs, surtout dans le salon et donc cela laisse passer la lumière dès le petit matin (réveil à 6h-7h ! un peu tôt pour des vacances).

Abweichende Einrichtung zur Angebotsdarbietung, schlechte Betten, nette Vermieter

Es war alles sehr sauber + frisch gereinigt, die beiden Vermieter Herr F. (der gleich 4 Whg. anscheinend hat weil 4 x sein wlan auftaucht) und Frau L. waren überaus nett. Wir blieben aber von 4 bezahlten Nächten nur 3, denn die Betten waren zu unbequem (durchgelegen wie andere auch schreiben) und erholsames Schlafen nicht möglich, was wir bei unseren anstrengenden Tätigkeiten in Berlin aber benötigten. Eierkocher fehlte, kein Dunstabzug über Herd, Pfannenböden verbogen, d.h. keine gute Möglichkeit nicht mal für Spiegeleier mit Speck, keine Musik (z.B. kleine Minianlage) und TV ganz anders wie auf Bildern, Bildschirm nur etwa so groß wie ein Laptop. 2tes Schlafzimmer komplett anders als auf Bildern. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang anstatt z.B. klappbarer "Vorhang" oder Plexischeiben. WC-Sitz ist rechts direkt an kaltem Fliesenanschluss, d.h. im Sitzen sehr sehr unangenehm, Eckmontage wäre da sinnvoller. WC Oberlicht als Entlüftungsfenster geht zur Küche, war aber mehr oder weniger dicht verschlossen, aber leider läuft die Zwangsentlüftung (Miefquirl) nur sehr sehr "sparsam". Bei 4 Personen oder Besuch kein Platz zum Essen in der Küche, mit 3 Stühlen dort geht sowieso nicht mehr. Da kein Wohnzimmertisch mit Stühlen zusätzlich vorhanden im größeren Schlafzimmer, dient die Wohnung nur als Schlafmöglichkeit. Das Wort FEWO passt da ganz und gar nicht hin, da WO = Wohnung auch wohnen bedeuten sollte. Da man auch noch 4 Etagen (Hochpaterre als EG + 3 Stockwerke) überwinden muss, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Gastwirtschaften oder richtige Gaststätten nicht gerade fußläufig zu finden. Preis-Leistung somit unpassend.

12 day stay

The flat looked same as in the photos. It was very clean with good functional kitchen. Windows all look directly into neighboring flats and only one bedroom had full curtains....so that felt awkward. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 12 day stay, including dishwasher and laundry washer. One major complaint we have was the very creaky floors .... if any of us walked around during the night, the creaking floorboards woke the others up. There are no paintings, pictures, or decorations anywhere....very sparsely decorated, but very clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood (even late at night) and loved being able to pop down to the falafel shop next door each morning for amazing cappuccinos.

Annehmbare Ferienwohnung mittlerer Ausstattung

Zur IFA ist's in Berlin immer teurer, daher zu dritt in eine Wohnung. Die Bilder sind nett, der Eindruck in der Wohnung allerdings eher ernüchternd. Alles abgebildet und wiedererkennbar, ja, aber ohne Charme. Durchgelegene Betten, zusammengewürfelte Einrichtung, interessantes Wand- und Bad-Design. Dafür aber sauber und für Auto- sowie Fahrrad-Fahrer gute Lage, mit den Öffis halten 2~3 Buslinien vor dem Haus mit angemessener Frequenz.

We would gladly stay here again.

A very charming flat, if you don't mind that the building itself is a bit run-down or that the neighbours can be somewhat noisy at times. The hosts were very friendly and helpful in every way! We would gladly stay here again.
