Large well maintained front and back yard. Comfy couches New television brand new refrigerator and stove. Also new beds this house was also recently remodeled really clean well maintained. (No hidden Fees!)

We went for a convention we are about 6 minutes from the convention center price was good house was clean.

Pensacola vacation

We like the close proximity to Pensacola beach. Pensacola has many restaurants to choose from that are very good. David was nice and gave us restaurant suggestions and we enjoyed our overall stay at the house. We will keep this house in mind for future stays definitely.

Overal clean and good communication with owner

Clean but did have issue with the cooling system and when we arrived we didn't expect to not have any bathroom commodities (toilet paper and hand soap) at all. Otherwise the house was stocked with everything needed for the week.

Beach get away

We were a little skeptical when we saw the neighboring houses. But everyone was nice and it was very quiet and peaceful. As soon as we walked through the door the house smelled amazing. Everything was very clean!! The owner was very quick to respond to all questions. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay again!

Cozy little place.

Seating for six was not available. Need bigger table and more chairs in kitchen to accommodate to eat meals and in living area. Other than that place was great.

Nice

Cute little place but set in a sketchy looking neighborhood. We have 5 adults and 1 child and having only 1 bath was a little challenging but we knew that going in. David was great and very helpful with info and suggestions. The property could have a few additional comfort items like an iron, more towels, blankets and pillows but overall a nice place. Location is close to beaches which is what we wanted.

Rough neighborhood; fairly clean, well-maintained house

The check-in process was very easy, and the house was clean other than a few spiders. The photos of the property itself are very accurate, but does not show the surrounding neighborhood, which was not well-maintained at all, and was quite honestly a little sketchy. There was not much seating, and there were not comforters on any of the beds. It would comfortably sleep 9 with the pull out couch and the trundle bed under one of the twins. Overall, we didn’t have many problems for mostly being in the house during the evenings. Not somewhere I’d stay again, but not terrible either.

A/C broke, ants, terrible neighborhood

We got there and we were in the sketchyest part of town. The first night we saw ants crawling around the floor. The second night the AC broke and it was 90 degrees, it was never fixed so we had to sleep sweating our brains out. This place is “cheap” but after insuring our stay, deposits, taxes, fees, and of course the actual cost of the property it was over $600 for two nights. At that point we could have stayed at a hotel on the beach. Was not worth it

Clean and comfortable home in great location

The house was clean and very comfortable! Previous reviews said that more hand towels and blankets were needed, and there were plenty for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and several of the neighbors were very nice and gave us tips on where to eat, etc. Overall, excellent experience and we would definitely stay again!

Review of property

Everything was great but all the beds need blankets. Dish towel would have been nice and one of the kitchen chairs unsafe to sit on. Overall very clean and great location!
