Three Guys and a Boat

Well kept property and home. Plenty of room to relax both indoors and out. Two minutes from boat ramp. A large area to park boat. Superb climate control system. Solid t.v reception and wi fi. If you are trailering your boat best to bring your own flush hose since spray attachment on hose was not removable for motor hookup.

Best Getaway Spot!

House was amazing and very convenient to everything in Port St Joe. Huge back yard for my family to relax and my dog to play. Property manager was very accommodating, answered all questions and very courteous. We would definitely stay again!!!

Great Little Getaway Spot

Bonus points for being so pet friendly. Nice big backyard for exploring. Roomy parking and very well appointed. The linens and towels were fresh and comfortable. Good quality and comfortable furnishings made for a very cozy stay.

Overall the house was very clean and lived up to being a home in a seaside town. Being pet friendly was such a bonus! Huge fenced in back yard, with a small wooded area for the dogs to explore, the host was available @ 8am on a sat, defiantly would recommend this to anyone that wants to enjoy time with their family and pets

Nice lot, manufactured home, pleasant deck

Great for dog and boat! Secluded fully fenced back yard was perfect for our puppy and the driveway was so nice and wide and easy to back the boat in. Bring your own games and puzzles and other fun things, we only found a cool scrabble version hiding in the closet. Location was definitely on "the other side of the tracks", or river in this case, but still quite convenient, if driving. Neighbors were quiet and friendly even if things looked sketchy. The lot is large, and surrounded on all sides by lots of privacy giving foliage. Overall, a pleasant stay. Really close to a free boat launch.

Remote work near the beach

Nice, comfortable home near beautiful beaches. Very large backyard, great area for the dogs. Multiple RV hookups makes it a unique feature of this property. One of us was working full time and on lots of conference calls so there was a bit of a challenge on finding quiet space to do that. Host were very responsive and outstanding to work with. Also really enjoyed sitting in the front porch.

Perfect location

Best place to stay with access to the best beaches. This home was minutes away from Mexico Beach, St. Joe beaches, and our favorite, Cape San Blas, Apalachicola is 30 min away and is always worth visiting for the boutiques and restaurants, The property was clean and we had everything we needed. The hosts were thoughtful in their messaging and responded immediately when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house!. Would def recommend and would stay here again!!

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The pictures are exactly what you see but better this home was extremely clean well decor was very nice. The beds are so comfortable. There is a extra small refrigerator and was a big help. The main reason for choosing this home was because it's 2 blocks from the bridge where we love to fish at highland view.We will be returning here as much as possible

Will be back!!

This is a must if you're looking for a chill, relaxing place. It's old Florida feel! We had a couple bumps, but the property owner is awesome, when we had questions. I couldn't get the fire pit going, but that was probably all me. Not a lot to do in town, but just knock around. We had the beach to ourselves and that was perfect for what we were looking for! Shells galore and everyone was super nice. We spent the afternoons just relaxing on the super comfy front patio! Felt safe and had a great time! Can't wait to book again.

We are a couple who loves family, food, and travel. After living in the northeast for decades we moved our remaining family to PSJ in 2020 for some needed relief from traffic! We lived in Fisherman's Paradise until July 2021 and loved every minute, but needed something larger.
