For hot desert summers & all-year round comfort - we have designed the space to be as energy efficient, as possible - nest/Lennox AC, new energy efficient windows and patio sliders, solar shades/black out blinds, tile throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms and Sunbrella patio awning. Plus, the closest pool to cool down is steps away!

We specifically cater to business travelers/remote workers/digital nomads - laptop stand, HP monitor (2), cables and keyboard/mouse available.
