Great location!

Perfect place to stay with beautiful beach right outside. The chairs and umbrellas were a huge plus! Loved the porch for morning coffee and relaxing

Clarence and May are wonderful hosts!

My husband, daughter, her husband and I very much enjoyed our week in St Maarten. The property is very nice, clean, and has an amazing view! The hosts welcomed us upon arrival, gave us a tour and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this property!

Breathtaking view from balcony, stunning beach! Condo was exceptional, had everything you need, top notch quality. Communication was easy, no issues. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. We jad a wonderful time!!

Best of the best!

We were lucky enough to spend a few days at this amazing property, and it truly was the best of the best! The location is unrivaled on the island if you are in search of a beautiful uncrowded beach at your doorstep, but the best part was the hospitality of Clarence and May. They are world class hosts... The property was immaculately maintained and everything functioned as advertised. The provided loungers were comfy, and there were numerous dining options in walking distance. I would like to keep this apartment as our little secret- it was very special to be a part of this paradise if only for a few days. A magical place this is enhanced by the owners!

Property just like stated Stayed at marys boon 3 time just down the beach love the location close to airport and simpson bay restaurants and grocery stores ---- beach perfect for quite time or travel 40 min to orient bay or ten min to maho or mullet, Property the best will be back airport not a problem at all(noise) Rich And Karen

Look no further...this property is perfect!

We recently stayed at C'Scape On The Beach and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The unit is clean and contemporary, providing a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. It's well appointed and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn't be better - right on a pristine beach and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and shops. But what truly sets this rental apart are the hosts, Clarence & May. They are incredibly friendly and kind, always willing to offer assistance and recommendations. Yet, they respect their guests' privacy and are only a call away if needed. Overall, our stay at C'Scape On The Beach was nothing short of perfect. We are already planning our return! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing time, view was spectacular looking out on to the ocean and beautiful beach. Apartment had everything you needed and was very clean and comfortable, easily large enough for four adults. Our bed was really comfortable too. One bedroom was ensuite with another bathroom across the hall for the second bedroom. Restaurants and bar's were within walking distance. Supermarkets were also walking distance from the apartment. We were close to the airport and on the flight path, the runway was literally behind us, but it was never a problem, if anything it was fascinating to see the planes take off and land! Clarence and May were fabulous, they live below but never intruded and were very accessible when needed. All in all we would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.

A little slice of Heaven

From the time we arrived until the minute we departed we had nothing but great experiences. The 2 bedroom that we stayed in had everything you could ask for a comfortable stay. The kitchen we appointed and organized. The bathrooms were very nice and bedrooms very roomy. Air conditioning worked well. Each bedroom had individual units as did the living area. The patio overlooked Simpson Bay beach and all the sailboats and yachts moored in the bay. There were plenty of beach chairs for use on the beautiful beach. Lastly, we can't say enough about May and Clarence who made us feel right at home. We appreciated our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful new condo

We had the pleasure of renting at l’escape and had a wonderful time. Great location, safe & convenient. The condo is new with all necessary amenities. Comfy beds, living room, and great furniture on balcony. Communication with the owners and property care takers was outstanding. Friendly and very accessible.

I am a swimmer, which I do on a regular basis early morning right in my backyard in the Caribbean Sea. Love to write poems and songs. Used to design and build costumes for carnival troupes in St. Maarten

Why they chose this property

30 years ago I bought this property on Simpson Bay Beach as I fell in love with this beach area. Since then i have renovated it twice and proud with the latest project I did with my wife and we named it C'Scape on the Beach
