Heated Pool 4 BR Beach House w Hot Tub / Pier

***You must plan your stay from Saturday to Saturday between May 25, 2024, and August 3, 2024. During summer months, we require 7 day rentals.
***NOTICE TO SPRING BREAKERS*** We are open to renting to spring breakers. However, if you are under the age of 25, we will need an additional deposit of $500, which must be paid within 24 hours of making your booking. This deposit will be fully refundable upon inspecting the home for any damages when you check out.
Beautiful 4 Bed/3.5 Bath Gulf Shores beach house located directly on the lagoon and only 3 blocks (8 minute walk or 1 minute drive) from the Gulf! With both Gulf and Lagoon views, this house is the perfect location! Our amenities include 2 pools, hot tub, boardwalk to pier on the lagoon, grill, bikes and beach chairs! Emerald Isle West is the perfect mix of luxury and comfort for your beach group!

The house features 3 King bedrooms, plus a "junior" bedroom that sleeps 4. Additional sleeping on a queen sleeper sofa. Air mattresses available on request. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, and 1.5 downstairs. Outside area features multiple decks with both gulf and lagoon views, 2 pools, hot tub, grill, and a storage area with all the beach essentials!

Note: The "junior" bedroom is open to the stairway therefore it is not totally private. It is a perfect room for kids.

We are available via text or call at any time, however we will not need to interact with you during the checkin/checkout process. You will retrieve an electronic door code to enter the property.

Please Note: The pool, pier and hot tub area are shared by 8 units. The pool is heated Mar, Apr, Oct, Nov
Attention: There is a security camera located on the front door of the house.

Excellent week!
We really enjoyed the week! The location was just off Beach Boulevard and was secluded enough to avoid all of the noise of a busy strip. We LOVED the fishing dock and spent many evenings out there fishing. The house was well kept and had all the amenities you’d expect to have at home. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had, which helped make it a stress free week. The beach was a short walk, but very doable. Really enjoyed this place, the location and the host. We highly recommend.

Great place, only a few minor issues.
Loved this property!The house was clean, and spacious for our group of 9. The only reason I left 4 stars on the accuracy of listing is due to some things it said the house came with, were not there. It wasn’t a huge deal, and I just added it to my grocery order. Also, the beach items were not in the best shape. Again, not a big deal, but the beach chairs need checked over as several were broken or had mold on them. The bicycles need to be replaced or removed as they are in bad shape. Overall, this was a great place to stay and make memories with our friends and children.
