Recently renovated, this historic antebellum home has been transformed into "The Palms" - a luxury Boho Chic retreat that features a stunning courtyard for outdoor gathering. Imagine lounging underneath palm trees in your own private oasis in the center of the city - all just one block to King St!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property - all 3 Suites - and private use of all outdoor spaces.
Off-site parking for 3 vehicles is complimentary and provided at a nearby parking lot located on the same block as house. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is one block from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.
Getting Around:
Easily walk to the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping of Upper King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport.
DASH is a free shuttle service that allows riders to explore the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH for a route map and more information.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that there will be construction at our neighboring property. While we expect quiet hours to be upheld, there may be some construction noise during daytime hours.
This is not an event space. No parties or events are allowed on the premises.
This home has two Suites which are located on the 2nd and 3rd stories - stairs required.
There are excessive noise monitors on the property - please respect the 11pm city mandated noise curfew.
For security purposes only, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the patio and brick alley.
Parking for 3 vehicles is provided. It is located off-site but on the same block as house.
Date Alterations - We will do our best to honor date change requests for your reservation (with at least 60 days notice before check-in) which do not significantly decrease the cost of your reservation, subject to availability. We do not alter reservation dates within 60 days of check-in, with the exception of adding available nights onto your current reservation. Any other date change requests within 60 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to our cancellation policy.
Travel Insurance - We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen travel disruptions.
