Business Trip

The house was very clean, well organized, and very convenient to the remainder of the city. Communication with the host was prompt and always helpful. Washer/dryer were in the basement and could not be heard upstairs making for quiet and relaxing evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.

Location location location

This property is on a very quiet street in a great location that is close to everything including the volleyball tournament I attended over the weekend. The gas fireplace was nice. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Everything was smooth and easy. Would stay again.

Home away from home

Very cute little place. In town for a sporting event with two teenagers. This was an excellent option over a small hotel room. Excellent location. Off street parking. Just a warm and cozy home. Teen approved. The host was easy and very responsive to talk to when needed. Appreciate the stay.

Homecoming weekend with friends

Gathered with college friends and wanted to experience the football homecoming weekend. Great location, just 2 blocks off Broadway and a 5 minute walk to the stadium. The house was clean and well appointed. Just what we wanted. We had a great time with friends and recommend you try this place out. I would stay again.

Just as it looks

Such a quaint home. It looks just like the pictures. Close to SEMO. Living room could use 1 more chair. The stools in the kitchen were too high to sit at the island to eat. But it met our needs. Very clean home.

Cute little house and quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and areas we wanted to visit. We were in town for a bike ride and visited Trail of Tears State Park.

Cutest Little Cape Cottage

We traveled to the Cape for business but really enjoyed our time and decided to stay an extra day! House and Owner were amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

Cute little house

We had a little trouble with check in and had trouble contacting the owner. This was because the owner was in a different country & there was a huge time difference. However, once we connected everything went smoothly. Our teen stayed upstairs as the stairs were pretty steep. But he thought it was awesome to have the whole upstairs to himself. The only suggestion I would have: to have a little table with chairs that fit under it in the kitchen. The little butter block & stools that are in there now were very awkward and uncomfortable as there was nowhere for your legs to fit under it while eating. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Stay

Our family was in Cape for a volleyball tournament and this place was absolutely perfect! This adorable house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks away from the hospital. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could’ve asked for. The host had already thought of everything we would need so we didn’t even have to contact her except when we checked in/out. I will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Super cute, great location

This is a very cute little house in a great location, just minutes from SEMO & the historic riverfront area. We were there to move our daughter back to SEMO & it was perfect for us. It was clean & decorated so nicely. Located on a quiet street that felt very safe. It's a small house but had everything we needed & more room than a hotel room for sure. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This property was the perfect location for our weekend of bouncing between Memphis and St. Louis. Quiet, clean neighborhood, convenient to services and restaurants as well as the interstate. Easy check-in. Three bedrooms/two bathrooms was great for our group of five adults. Will definitely book again if we are back in that area!

Exactly what we needed

It was my wife, teenage son and myself. In town for a baseball tournament at Capaha. House was less than five minute drive from park, so great location. Home was very clean throughout. Beds were comfortable. Bath towels were clean and soft. A/C worked well, even upstairs. One TV with Firestick. Kurig coffee maker with provided coffee pods. Older home, so stairs were steep and some low ceiling spots. Upstairs shower is small. Just the way its designed, not a complaint. For us, better than staying in a hotel. We like having the extra space. Would 100% stay again. Host very accommodating with date changes and answered questions promptly.

VRBO dropped the ball

VRBO didn’t send check in info, we couldn’t get in the rental. VRBO’s solution was to put us up in a hotel, not enough beds, and for only 1 night. FORTUNATELY, we found the owner on FB and she contacted us directly. The property was perfect in every way, fit our needs exactly! HIGHLY Recommend this property and owner
