Relax at this newly updated, quaint LAKE HOME.

Unique, newly renovated cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy views of Houston Lake from almost every room in the house. Everything you need for cooking is in the kitchen and a grill is available on the deck. The deck overlooks a huge backyard and the lake. Two bedrooms offer a king bed with ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a custom built queen bed and twin xl bunk. A queen air mattress is available for the 8th and 9th guest. The home feels secluded in a quiet neighborhood, but has close proximity to several attractions. Hummingbird Hill Farms and other middle Georgia wedding venues, Houston Lake Country Club and Golf Course, Warner Robins Air Force Base, Rigby's Water World, Warner Robins Little League and Southeast Region Little League Facility, Guardian Center and Perry Agriculture Center are all within a 5 - 20 minute drive. The rental was clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was great. There has been a lot of recent growth in the area that you cannot see in these pictures so just be aware that it is no longer isolated.

Very Nice Stay
We enjoyed the property very much. There was a drainage issue with the tub but we neevr complained because my family all took showers. So the impact to us was negligent But, the property was fabulous and we would stay here again! We saw an aligator too which my kids thought was the best thing on earth!

Peaceful Paradise
This was one of my most enjoyable peaceful pause from the everyday hustle and bustle. The pictures does not do this property justice! The neighbors were friendly and very helpful with recommending activities. The owners and managers were also flexible and very accommodating. I have definitely referred others and will make this a visit every year.

Great get away
We recently spent almost two weeks at this beautiful house. The recent remodel made everything just perfect. Upon arrival we noticed that this is probably the cleanest rental we've ever encountered. During our stay we also noticed that the attention to detail for renters needs was really well thought through. Everything we needed was provided, including items like paper towels, kitchen items such as mixers, toasters, and they even supplied coffee. In other areas they had hair dryers, iron, clothes steamer, etc. There was literally nothing we needed that they hadn't already thought of and provided. Thanks so much to the hosts for their care and thoughtfulness. We will definitely be renting this house again for our next trip to the area.

Beautiful home with lots to do
We had a great time during our 8 day stay for the NBHA world finals at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. This home is beautiful inside and out, very clean and modern. The lake and dock was amazing as well. Bring some poles and tackle so you can do alittle fishing while you relax. The property manager and owners are amazing to work with, this is our 4th year staying in one of their houses and we will continue to do so! Thanks

What a beautiful place nested in a beautiful neighborhood. Unfortunately, the Lake House has gators and you can't swim or paddleboard in it so we had to adjust our expectations. Love the area and the owners were kind and professional

Fantastic relaxing nature getaway
I'm so impressed with the property and level of attention by the owner. Not only is the house beautiful, but the owner was very attentive, took care of the trash while I was there, and definitely was available for any question I may have had. The property was spectacular, overlooking a fantastic lake that offered wonderful sunsets. You could spot lots of nature, from birds, to turtles, to fish. Truly a relaxing and tranquil experience. I highly recommend to anyone wishing to get away: you have every amenity possible at the house (including a working fireplace in the master and firepit outside) and are a short drive away from local area conveniences and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful experience, can't wait to get back!

Nice view and a modern yet comfy feel
This listing has obviously been very tastefully remastered. Everything is brand new yet it still has a cozy feeling. Great view of the lake with lots of outdoor space. The owners were great to deal with and made out check in process easy. We didn't stay long enough to need it but the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and things. Great visit for us.

Awesome Stay In This Contemporary Lake House
My friends and I came out to this wonderful property for a bit of quiet, change of scenery, and quality time. This cute little lake house was that and more. The home was spaciously laid out and beautiful kept. Everything was more than appropriately represented - if not understated. The unbelievably serene lake is at the large yard's end and is absolutely breathtaking from the windows of the master suite. The bathrooms were clean and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked and easy to use and clean. The sofa was AMAZING - as was my stay. Katie was responsive and informative the entire way through. This place is a must visit!
