Equipment:
The 50 m² apartment with shower room consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and a living area with double sofa bed and small terrace at the main entrance area. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons.
Bedroom complete with linen, bathroom complete with towels, hair dryer, washer-dryer, toilet paper and soap.
The interior of the renovated and bright apartment includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, dishcloth, microwave, fridge / freezer, WiFi, TV with satellite, radio with CD player, Hairdryer and air conditioning.
Upon request, we provide a cot, a toddler equipment and a high chair without charge.

The location:
The apartment is located on the street side in the 1st. Upper floor of the eastern part of our house, in the middle of the village center of St. Pauls. In 3 minutes bakers, butchers, grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes, wine bars, restaurants, pizzerias are located.

The particularities:
St. Pauls is a faction from the municipality of Eppan. The municipality Eppan is located in the center of the wine and fruit growing area Überetsch. Not far away is the capital Bolzano and the city of Merano, as well as the well-known municipality Kaltern.

St. Pauls is an idyllic wine village and you have many opportunities to learn more about wine. With us you are exactly right in this regard!

WINE and pleasure in the Enothek Vis à Vis:
We invite our guests to a wine tasting free of charge, which takes place every Thursday at 4 pm on the theme: "Wine & Culinary" in our own wine bar "Vis à Vis". You should not miss out on this experience. Please register in time.

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von St.Pauls und entsprechend am Tag kann etwas laut sein. Die ist sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Bequeme Boxspringbetten. Freundliche Gastgebern.

Tolle Wohnung und liebe Gastgeber
Es war unser erster Urlaub in Südtirol. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und der Empfang sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung hatte wirklich alles was man braucht und auch mehr. Highlight war die Guest-Card für Südtirol, die uns die erforderliche Mobilität und mehr gab (Das Auto konnte stehenbleiben 🙂). Die Lage direkt an der Straße hat und nicht wirklich gestört. Vielen Dank liebe Steffi und Martin, dass wir Dank der schönen und geographisch zentralen Lage eurer Ferienwohnung einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbringen konnten.

Perfekte Basis für Südtirol

Perfekte Location für einen Frühjahrsurlaub
Tolle Ferienwohnung von supernetten Vermietern. Wir waren mit Rennrädern da und haben jeden Tag Touren gemacht, so dass wir die Waschmaschine gut gebrauchen konnten. Die kleine Terrasse vorm Haus ist zwar mehr oder weniger nach Norden raus, aber zum Draußen sitzen trotzdem nett – und wenn es Richtung Sommer dann noch wärmer wird, weiß man ein bisschen Schatten bestimmt zu schätzen :-)

Sehr schöner Winterurlaub
Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub sehr genossen, Gastgeber sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Durch die direkte Lage der Wohnung in der Stadtmitte von St. Pauls ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Skigebiete Karersee und Letamar sind ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Alles in einem super Aufenthalt, wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder.

Abwechslungsreich
St Pauls ist ein herrlicher Urlaubsort. Wir hatten gleich das Gefühl bei der Dorfgemeinschaft willkommen zu sein . So freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Die Lage bietet so viele Möglichkeiten zum radeln und wandern, wir waren begeistert und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

saubere und schöne Wohnung
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es hat alles geklappt und war wie angegeben. Die Teilnahme an der Wein&Kulinarik Veranstaltung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Dank Klimaanlage war es auch bei sehr heißen Temperaturen auszuhalten, jedoch kam sie bei dauerhaft über 35Grad an ihre Grenzen. Durch die Klimaanlage konnten wir aber nachts die Fenster zu lassen und haben nichts von der Straße mitbekommen. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine schöne Woche. Die Vermieter sind zudem super nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Liebe Grüße
