About this property

Vacation on the beautiful north shores of the Lake of the Ozarks. Newly renovated & beautifully finished one level family home at the waters edge right out the back door from a large covered patio with a 24' covered deep water boat dock available for your use.

This home features a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The Captains quarters offers a picture view window, king size bed, 55" TV and ample room to set up a pack & play if needed. For the workaholics, there is also a desk space & high speed internet included.

Buccaneers are sure to love the pirate themed bunk room with sleeping for four. Across the way you'll find a third bedroom with queen sized sleeping arrangements.

The great room offers a 65" TV equipped with a firestick, full size sleeper sofa, electric fireplace and access to the side deck. The dining table seats 6, but has an option to expand (8-10).

The kitchen has everything you need including children friendly utensils & dinnerware. Enormous fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and new electric stove. Enjoy your mornings from the coffee bar equipped with a single serve Keurig or full carafe while taking in the best views in the house.

A spacious outdoor area includes a double carport and driveway.

Close-by restaurants include The Lake House Cafe, Big Ry's Pizzeria, and The Traffic Jam Pub & Grill. Pizza from Northshore Shopping Center (Rocky Mount gas station) is a favorite of ours as well (pickup only). By water you will find Jolly Roger's, H. Toad's, Shady Gator's, and Docknockers Beach Bar & Grill within a few miles of the house. Also check out Franky and Louie's, NEON TACO at the dam, and Coconuts by boat.

The closet boat rentals is Bombay Boat Rentals at Village Marine MM3 573-723-3502. Parking is available for 3 - 4 vehicles. Boat trailer can be stored on property. There are several public boat ramps located at Lake of Ozarks. The closest two boat ramps are Coffman Beach Access at Coffman Bend and Gravois Mills Public Access.

There are many restaurants by land or by water, with some having live entertainment. There are also a lot of golf courses and plenty of shopping nearby.

Mini-golf, go-carts, parasailing, helicopter rides and shopping are also not far from this property.

We had such a good time during our stay! This house was set up with ALL the essentials and fully stocked with all kitchen, cleaning supplies and everything you could think of! Communication was great and we will definitely be coming back for an annual trip!

Fabulous lake house

Great Place at Lake of the Ozarks

The property is clean and well maintained and communicating with the owners was very easy and timely. For a family including grandparents, parents, and four children it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed all the amenities and the well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. If you are looking for a simple, enjoyable vacation spot, this is it.

The Perfect Family Getaway

Rainbow Point was the perfect getaway for our family of 5. Our kids spent countless hours swimming and paddle boarding off the dock. The house was very nicely renovated and had everything we needed to feel like we were right at home. We also loved all of the games.

Amazing views and beautiful home

We had a fantastic stay at this lake house in the Ozarks! The home was spotless and comfortably accommodated both of our families. The neighbors were welcoming, and we loved spending time on the dock for swimming and fishing. The paddle boards were a great addition, giving us even more ways to enjoy the lake. Highly recommend this property for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Peaceful little getaway

Such a cozy beautiful little home, and soooo clean! Lots of small touches they think of that most don’t. It’s clear they care about their guests! Perfect spot for some relaxation and reset. Would definitely book again!

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend and will be back several more times this summer! The view is stellar for watching boats cruise by and the house was so well stocked that it really felt like home. Bring yourselves and some food and enjoy your stay without worrying about anything else!

The property was exactly what it was advertised plus they had everything you needed from utensils to air freshners, including shampoo and body wash. The host was very responsive beforehand and throughout the duration of our stay. I highly recommend this property if you enjoy the lake life.

Great stay for families

We had a great time! House was exactly as listed. I really appreciate all of the extras that this house included. I didn’t have to worry about silly things like running out of garbage bags or toilet paper - there was plenty and then some. Very family friendly. Neighbors were nice too.

Wonderful house with all the amenities

So many good things to say about this home! They have truly thought of every little detail to make our time there as pleasant as possible. Not only is it equipped with great gear for outdoor play including water sports and yard games, the inside has everything you could possibly need for a family with small kids. I love that everything is on one level. The views and sunsets were AMAZING. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and has a great view. I just wish we had stayed longer!!

Fun with Friends & Family

Our two families had plenty of space and loved the kitchen & coffee bar. We brought our own boat so the dock was amazing. It was great that we could use the floating pad and paddle boards. We had a super fun time!

Lake life

This property was as advertised. You know you are at the lake when you walk in with all of the cute decor! The owners really thought of everything you need while at the lake! We enjoyed watching boats from the covered deck, taking the paddle boards out, the boat lift and relaxing by the firepit in the evenings. The neighbors were also very friendly! We would definitely stay again!!

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as described. We had a wonderful time. Lots of games inside and outside for all ages. Teenagers loved using the stand up boards on the lake. The owners have thought of everything when it comes to this home.

Guys Get-Awat

It was a perfect quiet location for a group of people. It is in a location not too far away from boat rentals and has a dock to tie down. The back patio, grill, dock, and firepit have a beatiful view of the lake. The house itself was clean and had everything one would need. The host was super friendly and available to answer questions! I would go here again and recommend the spot!

Perfect experience

The house was amazing and set up perfectly in every way…. From new linens to utensils, etc. It felt like a home…. Not a rental. The paddle boards, kayaks and lily pad made the dock experience exceptional. The owners allowed for use of the boat lift which to us, was a necessity since the house is located on the main channel. Jason was superb at communicating with us and can’t thank him enough!

Now we have opened our home to other to experience the wonderful location and community that the Lake of the Ozarks is to others. We are always looking to add on and improve our property and I hope our attention to detail shows.

Why they chose this property

We looked at many properties in the area, but we always wanted one with a view. We didn't want a small cove lot without a view of the main channel. When we first were able to see this home and its views it took our breath away. Owning it has been a dream come true for us and our family.
