We provide only an initial batch of supplies to get you comfortable as soon as you arrive, but any re-supply should be provided by guests. A list of initial supplies will be provided in the guest guidebook that we will send to you upon booking.
Like many developing cities transitioning, there are 2 houses that are still in the process or in need of renovation and can seem rough around the edges but not to be alarmed you’re in a close-knit community. Our neighbors are very friendly and being within local access to downtown and a short drive to the beach more than makes up for the aesthetics of the neighborhood.
We are available via messaging, text, or phone call and will respond quickly.
HOUSE RULES

ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES.
~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~
Main guest, must be registered with a valid picture ID. All remaining adult guests 18+ will be registered by full name, prior to check-in.
Local guests must be 25+. Emergency contact will be shared through a form.
~~NO SMOKING AT ALL~~
Inside the home. You may smoke outside in the backyard only. Violations will be immediately reported, and the $900 fine will be guests responsibility.
~~NO PETS ~~
Service pets will incur additional cleaning fee.
~~TOILETS~~
DO NOT flush anything other than waste. the property has a small septic system. Flushing other items will clog the system, and in the event of a clog, you will be charged for the total cost of repairs.

CHECK IN is anytime after 3:00 PM.
CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM. To respect the Housekeeper's time any late check out will incur a $45 fee, for every 30 mins.
An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available $35 per hour will apply to each request.
~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~
Camera covers the front entry only. Noise levels above 75 decibels prompt a message to lower the volume. Repeated violations will result in termination, if police are involved; $1,000 fine. Devices are not to be tampered with.
~ HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~
Missing or damaged items will result in a replacement fee. Towels and comforters are for their intended use only, and stains will require replacement.
~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~
Failure to return any keys will incur a $100 replacement fee.
$100 for lock-out service.
