We offer comfortable living in our very well-equipped apartment with a modern kitchenette, flat-screen TV in the combined living room and modern shower room.

Cozy, modern apartment in a quiet location and with a view of the Schwanenseepark.

No acceptance of pets!

In rainy weather (there is hardly any in Kiel) there is a. an exploration of the Kiel City Hall (with Paternoster), the Naval Memorial Laboe, the Maritime Museum or the Kiel Aquarium! Various golf courses can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Kiel and our apartment offer you everything you need for a great vacation!

Beaches along the Kiel Fjord are only a few minutes away by car, so on the one hand the interesting city is right in front of the door and on the other hand you can experience a nice beach holiday.
In winter, long walks or beautiful hikes can be undertaken, experiencing the great outdoors, refueling with oxygen, unwinding and relaxing. Just the way you want it for your vacation. Enjoy time together in our apartment in Kiel.

Size of the apartment about 20 square meters

The apartment is on the 3rd Floor of a double half and was expanded and completely modernized in 2016, it is tailored to two people and equipped with free WiFi.

The apartment is divided into three areas, a kitchen and dining area, a shower room and a living room and bedroom.

Fitted kitchen (4-plate ceramic hob with oven), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cutlery, bar table and chairs

A beautiful bed (200x140 cm), wardrobe, TV armchair, flat screen TV, side table, standing and reading lamp, bedside lamp.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung
Alles ganz top! Vermieter sehr nett, alles sehr modern und sauber. Auch Entfernung zum Zentrum nicht weit. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es ein Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist, Keine Couch zum Kuscheln und so. War aber nur für zwei Nächte und somit okay. Sonst gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße an Katarina ;-)

Perfect little appartment
Everything was perfekt and very clean. It is a good area to stay if you want to discover Kiel without living in the center, but nearby. We will come back for sure, if we are going to Kiel.

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Parken und Check in waren kein Problem, die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine gibt es. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, war ein Mückengitter am Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Da dieses aber ein Kippfenster ist, lässt sich wohl nicht so einfach eins anbringen. Man sollte sich also am besten selbst etwas zur Mückenabwehr mitbringen. Ansonsten können wir die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen!

Ich habe meine Unterkunft nur zum schlafen genutzt, es war aber alles unkompliziert, kleine Ferienwohnung ausreichend für 2 Personen, es war alles vorhanden, alles sauber und ordentlich. Ich werde bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

Da wir unsere Kinder besuchten war die Lage für uns sehr günstig. Man erreicht die Innenstadt, Hbh. mit dem Bus, die Haltestelle ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Siehe Beschreibung
Pro: Check-in war einfach, Objekt an sich war sauber (ausgenommen der Duschkopf, siehe "Contra"), Preis war in Ordnung. Contra: Dusche ist eine Zumutung. Viel zu klein (selbst meine nur 1,50m kleine und zierliche Freundin hatte Probleme), Duschkopf verschimmelt, Wasserdruck viel zu gering. Die Matratze im Bett ist völlig durchgelegen. Fazit: Wäre die Dusche größer, der Duschkopf neu und die Matratze besser, wäre das eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Unter den Umständen waren wir allerdings froh, als der Aufenthalt endlich zu Ende war. Schade.

Schöne Bleibe, leider zu abseits u WLAN funktionierte nicht
Die kleine Wohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, die Kommunikation m d Gastgebern war gut und das beiliegende ‚Leitheft‘ in der Wohnung super. Allerdings ist die Lage d Wohnung völlig ab vom Schuss u das WLAN hat nur an der Eingangstür d Wohnung sporadisch funktioniert, was für mich sehr ungünstig war, weil ich dringend hätte arbeiten müssen.
