Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Excellent rental, great location

Hard to describe just how perfect this rental is. Three very comfortable updated bedrooms, 3 small but efficient bathrooms. Great location. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and the local tour buses. They even include coffee! Much appreciated.

Running in Cooper Bridge Run

We came to cheer on the family members who ran the race.This location was perfect, so close to where we needed to be. The home is super clean and beautifully updated.Would rent again for sure!Management company great to work with, quick responses to questions, whole process was so easy.

We had a great time.

The property layout was perfect for us. We were one couple and two adults. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom while the common area was great for breakfast and for hanging out after dinner in the evening. Property was clean and up to date. There were a few extras, like sound machines in each bedroom. It was a fabulous experience for us.

Great location and clean

The location is close to all the things we wanted to do in historic district while in Charleston. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We needed to ask the manager a few questions on our arrival and she was prompt and helpful. We recommend this property.

Beautiful place and spacious

We loved how everything was in walking distance and how clean and beautifully decorated our place was! Our daughter goes to CofC and this will be our go to place to rent for now on!!

Very Nice Property

We had a great stay. Very comfortable beds and very nice accommodations. The only thing that I didn’t know was that the house rental was an upper lower separate rentals. We had the lower level and we could hear every step taken upstairs. Nothing that earplugs couldn’t fix. Charleston is fabulous and location is great. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful and convenient to walk

We really enjoyed the location and we did not have to street park. The area felt very safe and we really enjoyed walking to shops and food day or night. Saturday was a bit loud outside with the upper deck homes on the corner but it is a college town and Mardi Gras season. The loudness stopped at a reasonable time. I would suggest adding some cleaning sprays as a mother that likes to quickly clean off counters. Beds and pillows were super comfy and the amount of space was much more than we expected. You could comfortably have 3 couples stay here or parents with 4 kids.

Great location

This house was perfect for a girlfriend trip.The location is close to shopping, museums, restaurants, and nightlife. It was also fun exploring the neighborhood and finding the hidden gems. We walked everywhere. Everything was perfect.

Perfect Charleston

Beautiful apartment in Charleston

My family met up in Charleston for a weekend getaway and this was a great place to stay. The apartment was spotless and well decorated. Most importantly, the beds (with foam mattresses) were very comfortable. It was great to have parking for our two cars as well. There was great communication with the property managers before and during our stay. It was an easy walk to King St and there were some nice restaurants nearby. My mom and I walked down King St during the day to shop and sightsee. At night, we drove for our dinner reservation down near Rainbow Row. There was a good bagel place nearby and some other breakfast spots but the kitchen seemed to have all the essentials if we wanted to eat in. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls Weekend

The property was very convenient and the beds were comfortable! Would definitely recommend it for your stay! Would recommend owner supply more hangers (under 5 for 3 bedrooms) and think about adding hooks particularly in front bedroom (very little storage to unpack bags). The water pressure in hall bath left a lot to be desired. Management company was very responsive to messages. Thank you so much!

Near the College

Great spot close to The College of Charleston. Easy walk to King Street and neighborhood restaurants/bars. Longer walk or Uber ride to the Market and French Quarter. If you want to be in the heart of tourist Charleston this is not the place for you but if you want to get away from that and live like a local it’s perfect!

Anniversary trip X3

A great place. We walked a lot! Down to the harbour, Rainbow Row, up and down King Street. Took in Hilton Head, a ghost tour, a food tour, at our of Ft Sumter, a plantation tour and dinner cruise. All within an easy walk or drive from the place.
