The space
Upon pulling into your private carport parking spot, you will enter the secure side gate to access the front door. Upon entry you will enter the living room furnished with comfy seating and 65" smart android tv loaded with netflix, youtube and amazon prime. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with large round dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your dining and cooking needs. The bedrooms have king(master) queen(2nd bedroom) with dual nightstands, blackout curtains, spacious closets and ceiling fan in the master. The outdoor space is furnished with a outdoor table and seating. ***Please note our unit is not newly remodeled so some finishes may have some aging, but we can guarantee it will always be very clean and stocked with everything needed to make your stay feel like home!

Clean, convenient location

Generally clean. Nicely appointed kitchen and laundry. The decor in the unit looks like it’s from a thrift store. Neighborhood has a high level of homeless people. Bring a cork screw.

Comfortable beds but needs a bit of work. Shower needs bathmat or grips so as to not be a death trap because of how slick it is. Sofa suffers from some residual pet dander. really needs a way to close the bathroom door.

Horrible place!! Horrible experience!!

This place has cockroaches! The floor wasn't even swept. Holes in the couch. It smelled moldy. The bathroom door didn't close. There was opened old milk in the frig. Fruit flies everywhere. A convex mirror fell off the wall when the bedroom door was closed. We left before finding more! The host was super rude because he didn't like me calling him out on the discrepancies of description. Also the pictures are not accurate to the unit. The parking pictures shows the front unit but upon arrival said we had to park in the unit 2 that has an alley full of homeless people (also not mentioned in the listing) and the host told me if I parked in the unit space pictured here would have me towed. He refused to give a credit so I called customer service at VRBO and they put us up in a hotel but only for 1 night and said the issues were minor so wouldn't cover the rest! I don't live with cockroaches at home and refuse to live with them on vacation!! I can't believe they think that's minor. I had to search for a place to stay for the remaining 3 days we were on vacation.
