This converted farmhouse is located amongst the beautiful countryside amongst the hills of Sannio on the slopes of Mutria Mountain.



The property had been carefully renovated and offers a lovely living dining area and open kitchen that is fully equipped. The style of the property is rustic, as are its surroundings, but great care has been applied to make this a very comfortable holiday home.



The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and boasts a double bed as well as a bunk bed. A second sleeping area (with double bed) is located on a mezzanine accessible from the living room.

There is a lovely terrace surrounding the property, ideal to relax or dine outdoors and a saltwater pool will offer a welcome break from the heat during the summer months.



Places of interest include Guardia Sanframondi, an hilly village defined “an Extraordinary southern jewel”. It’s located only 4km from the house boasts a selection of historical and monumental as well as arrange of cultural events. Equally enchanting are the illuminations of Salerno (98 km) that enrich the waterfront, the streets and squares of this beautiful city. For those who love winter sports, Campitello Matese (55 km) offers many opportunities for fun and entertainment.
