Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and the Jack and Jill bathroom is shared with bedroom 3 which has a full-size bed and 2 twins. The full-size kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig along with a drip coffee maker, and is ready for all of your culinary creations. You will love the short walk to and from the beach! In the evening, sit on the large deck with the family and relax to the cool ocean breezes.
The property is a short walk to destinations such as Dead Freddies Island Grill, The Longboard Café, Bad Monkey OC and miniature golf courses just to name a few. This great midtown location (at Rt. 90 Bridge) is also a short drive to attractions at the inlet, north OC, Ocean Pines and gives easy access to events in Salisbury!

* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two covered parking spots are provided. Additional street parking is also available.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 62nd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
