Wailea Condo
Beautiful Wailea condo with the perfect sunset and ocean views from the entire living area and both bedrooms. Only a few minutes walk thru the condo complex to reach the beach. This unit was spotlessly clean with comfortable and attractive furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with almost anything you might need. We will definitely return. Aloha!

Spacious 2 bdrm condo with amazing view
Our family stayed at this condo for 5 nights and really enjoyed the big, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and well decorated. The 2 bathrooms were spotless and the entire condo appears to have been recently updated. We cooked a couple of dinners on the barbecue and had breakfast at the condo as well. It's a short walk to the beach and the good-size pool. Our older kids enjoyed both, and we enjoyed the shaded pool pavilion. I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying on Maui.

Excellent get away
We usually stay at Andaz and love the location. This is very comparable to Andaz plus a nice kitchen. The development is great and the management was very helpful. Love the finishes and the view. Would love to come back again!!!!

Lovely relaxing view property
We enjoyed staying at this property and felt it was even better than the pictures. As a former home owner in another part of Wailea this was a great location right near Ulua Beach snorkeling and close access to the beach path and the shopping center. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!
Aloha! This was our second year staying in this unit and third year staying at the Elua and we have NO complaints! My husband is VERY hard to please and he just loves this unit with the panoramic views overlooking the grounds and ocean. There is an ocean and sunset view from every room in the unit and the breeze throughout is breathtaking. The unit is updated and I haven't found a need for anything while staying there. It's close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. We used to stay at Grand Wailea, but, feel so much more "at home" in this condo! We enjoy staying here so much we have our reservations for 2011 and are counting the days when we go back to Paradise! Wish we never had to leave! Mahalo!

Why they chose this property

From Elua 2006 you can stroll to breakfast, lunch or dinner to some of the best dining spots on the island.  The Wailea Coastal Walking Path will lead you there. Enjoy one of Wailea’s spectacular sunsets as you venture out to listen to fine music, sip some of the world’s best wines, a local beer, or an exotic drink.  Try out the spa at the Four Seasons, and shop for something new to wear…a magical piece of jewelry perhaps. If you journey to the end of the path you will experience the cliffs of Wailea Point, and pass through a Native Hawaiian Coastal Garden, with the sound of waves below, hitting the cliffs of black lava rock.  You may choose to prepare your own feast, and dine on your private lanai. See the world anew through an ever-changing living watercolor that is the Wailea sky.

What makes this property unique

From Elua 2006 you can count on glorious Wailea weather year round. The rest of Maui is accessible from this ideal location.  From La Perouse Bay, just minutes away, with its indescribable terrain, resulting from the last lava flow on Maui in 1790, through 11 climate zones (there are only 13 in the world) to the summit of Haleakala at 10,023 feet, where a sunrise is a profound experience.  This is where the legendary demigod Maui performed two of his greatest feats; battling the son god and lifting the sky.  Take one of the worlds most scenic drives through Maui’s rainforest to Hana , where following the example of  Charles Lindberg, who lived a few miles down the Hana coast, George Harrison built his hideaway on Maui.  Stop for dinner in Paia on the way back.  This little town is one of the surfing capitals of the world and has a unique character. You might see a famous big wave surfer cross the road, or a movie star having dinner at his favorite restaurant in the world: Flatbread. People come to Maui for its exquisite beaches, sunsets, waterfalls, whales, and some of the best surfing in the world.  Others come for exceptional golf, tennis, snorkeling and scuba diving. Hawaii is the most remote major island group on Earth, it is 2400 miles from the nearest continent, formed from volcanoes in the Pacific Ocean, making it rich in history, geology and marine life.
