Enjoy private beach access down to your own stretch of sand. After a fun-filled afternoon by the surf, make a splash in the shared pool. Part of an exclusive community, the condo is just a short drive from Clearwater Beach and several fashionable boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and exclusive salons.

The living room is light and bright with beachy decor, including two armchairs where you can watch the 42” TV with Blu-ray player. Whether you’re preparing a fresh catch or putting together a picnic lunch for the beach, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. It comes with full-size appliances and ample prep space on the granite countertops. A table provides a nice spot for sit-down meals. Or step out onto the shared balcony, where you can dine alfresco at the picnic table and feel the breeze through the palm trees as you relax on loungers.

Short beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and in good working order. Short walk to the back of the complex to beach access. Where the property sits you had to Uber for groceries and places to eat. It was only about a 4 minute drive to Clearwater to the North and lots of places to the South. The neighbors on both sides of us were very nice and helpful. We would book this place in the future. The beach was quiet and not crowded. Kind of like your own little paradise.

Short Get-away

The property was perfect for 2 people. Close to restaurants. Also the condo sat on the sand so it was perfect for a beach vacation.

Poor management experience

Condo is very small, but cute. Location is amazing, although outdoor pics on listing are not of unit, which faces the street, not the pool. No oven - only broken microwave/convection oven. TV stopped working halfway into our stay. Window A/C ran very loud, but doesn't cool bedroom. Ceiling fans and under the bed badly need cleaned. We contacted Vasca regarding broken microwave and TV, but issues were not resolved during our stay, despite several requests for assistance. Of great concern - on the last day of our stay, Vacasa management, without prompting, offered us money to provide a positive review. This pretty much means you can't trust any of the reviews posted online, if Vasca just tries to pay people off when things go wrong. Summary - We won't be renting a Vasca managed property ever again.

shower curtain insufficient, the rings are wrong don't slide and curtain is ??? and shower leaked. would be nice ahead of time to know the unit was upstairs. I need to know that ahead of time. as I cant do stairs very well at all.

Three week vacation

We enjoyed ourselves because the location was great, many restaurants within short driving distance. Beach was great, pool unheated and cold. The unit needs a refresh. Baseboards marked up and gray, toilet old, shower has black mold and drains very slow. It needs a good cleaning. Picture frames and shutters are coated with dust. For the price, I expected better.

Very happy with location on beach. The unit was very clean. A few items could use attention. The shower drips and drains were slow running to clogged at times. The dishwasher was not installed correctly. It did work though.

Belleair Beach

Television service is “live stream”; would have liked to have had CNN, PBS, etc. Clean property and comfortable for its size. Bathroom is “tight” but shower is large. Friendly group of neighboring renters; many return every year. We would come back.

Nice, but small

The condo location is right on the beach and is perfect for beachgoers. The condo is very small-more like a studio than a 1 bedroom. One of the sliding doors to the bedroom was broken off its hinge when we arrived and laying against the wall. The condo was still kind of dirty when we got in-some dead bugs on the floor and hair in the bed. When I brought this up to the management they were very willing to help, so that`s a plus. Misrepresentation of Property

Before I rented this unit through VRBO, I specifically asked if the unit I was renting faced the water. I was told “yes it does face the water”. That is why I rented it, I was looking for a unit facing the water for this special occasion. It is all documented in VRBO. When we got there we contacted the number given, which was a Turnkey #. They had no record of the dialogue with VRBO and said it’s not their issue. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Bizzare

This condo is located right on the beach in a great part of town, we were quickly met by the steepest steps which made up and down to the beach and shopping not fun. Each guest has only one parking spot ours was in a precarious corner which was hard to maneuver. Bed was very uncomfortable and neighbors were Very nosey always asking where we were going very odd. Great beach

Great place- great price!

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was completely stocked with just about everything you could think of. This place is not the Ritz but it was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed out stay. You really can`t beat the price for the location ( which is away from all the high rise vacation `factories`. We like the simpler life so it suit us wonderfully! Breezy Belleair

Had a wonderful time at this cozy little condo! Weather wasn’t great the first few days but didn’t mind being cooped up in the couch till the sun burnt off the clouds.
