This stylish condo features all-new furnishings, high-end appliances, and light-filled interiors with 10’ ceilings. With private balconies on each floor, your rental offers the perfect spot to watch the dolphins play while enjoying the gulf breezes.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the gorgeous downstairs living area. Mix a drink at the wet bar and gather at the table for four, or relax on the sectional and watch the 55” TV. The sofa pulls out to reveal a full-size bed. Huge glass doors open right onto the Intracoastal Waterway, where a patio has lounge seating for six, as well as access to the private dock. Upstairs, the main living area is furnished with a comfy couch and another 55” TV. The room opens to a covered balcony, where a dining table for six offers more lovely views of the waterway. The sleek kitchen features white granite countertops and a center island. Gleaming stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher and electric stove/oven. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with six upholstered chairs.

Brightwater by the Bay
The bay view was amazing throughout the day and the walk to and from the beach was short. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities one would ever need! The pool was a great temperature and it was nice to have restrooms there as well.

Wonderful views of the Bay with 3 Balconies and great amenities!
Loved everything about this home! Worked perfectly for our trip, huge kitchen that was open to the main living area and views. Additional space was nice for everyone to have extra room if needed. Just a short walk to the beach, very helpful there was extra beach gear we could use and beach towels so we didn't have to bring any.

Amazing views, beautifully decorated, great location
We enjoyed everything about our stay at this property! The location was perfect for our group of adults and teenagers. It's close enough to walk to the beach/restaurants but away from the crowds of the oceanfront. We loved the bay views from the decks and patios. The home is gorgeous and spacious. Everything we could've needed was provided with the rental- from kitchen supplies, to bedding and towels to beach gear (there was a beach cart, chairs, toys, etc. in the garage). Parking our car in the attached garage was free and convenient. We were there for a full week so we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. after the first few days but enough of those items were provided to get us through the first few days. It was hard to leave this beautiful condo and we'd return in a heartbeat!

All of furniture needs to be cleaned or updated. Beds were ok, there was mold in both bathrooms!! Appliances did not work correctly, garbage disposal, stove. Great location, good pool and hot tub. The place is not maintained the way it should be!

Wonderful accommodations-peaceful neighborhood
We visit CWB often and this is by far the nicest place we've ever rented on the island. The two king-size beds were a real win for us! The kitchen was beautiful and well-appointed, and we appreciated the extra beach amenities that were offered. We loved having the attached garage. The view from each of the three terraces was wonderful and we appreciated being off of the main drag in a peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful pool facility, though we would have liked to have had the time to use it more! Outstanding property management and security.

I stayed here with a few girlfriends for a long weekend in June. The property was beautiful and a very safe area. It was a great location to the beach and the pool was quiet and great for families. This property is actually owned by Vacasa we found out after we booked. Before leaving and while there, we contacted them with questions. Their response time is terrible. One of the fire detectors was going off and I had to take the battery out myself and they never responded to replace it. The listing also stated there is a tennis court which there is not and the kitchen was not stocked very well if we would have had more people. The security guard told us if we come back to call the property directly to book another unit not owned by Vacasa.

The house is beautiful on the outside. Problematic on the inside
The home itself is gorgeous. Beautiful views on every floor and large spacious kitchen. We experienced a safety issue the whole time. The garage door kept opening on its own at random times and there was no lock on the door from the garage into the home. This was a problem for the 6 girls staying the night. There was also a major leak coming from the shower that started dripping into the main floor. Management sucks. I had spent my bachelorette weekend constantly on the phone trying to get maintenance In there. They also supply the literal bare minimums as far as paper products. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. For how much the “fees” are that they tack onto this home the fact that they ask you to run a load of laundry and dishes is laughable.

Great location, space but no help with issues
Pros: Great location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of room to spread out. Nice property. Good, visible but friendly security staff. My daughter did see dolphins from the balcony and we loved watching the pelicans diving into the water. Having 3 balconies/patio was the best part! Cos: There was no toilet paper in 2 of 3 bathrooms (and just one extra roll in the other) plus no paper towel. We had to run out for that when we first arrived and were feeling tired. The property was mostly clean except the glass cylinders on the chandelier and the dusty knick knacks below it. The TV on the main floor didn't work at all. There was a note to the previous occupants from vacasa saying they were unable to fix it and needed to call maintenance about it, so they knew about it but didn't let us know prior to our stay nor fix it. That and the lack of any bluetooth speaker meant it was harder to all hang out on the main floor to watch anything or listen to music together. The bedroom balcony furniture was missing needed cushions. We have rented from vacasa owned homes before in Michigan and found the management to be more responsive and the home to still feel personal/home-ish even though company owned. This one felt a little more cold or impersonal and we got no response about housekeeping nor the tv so just considered these to be issues we could live with. We still had a great time.

Very skimpy on towels, cleaning materials , paper products- toilet paper, trash bags , paper towels, no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, vent closed, whistled all night, reported these issues -no interest or action to correct the defects. Told we could open the vent in a 15 ft ceiling!! Conversely, our friends in unit 3 had a thank note and $60.00 bottle of champagne welcoming them and thanking them!!

Great Bay Front Property
We came to Clearwater Beach for the Thanksgiving holiday and to play beach volleyball. We were a diverse group with a teenager and an octogenarian. The property was clean upon arrival. Loved the garage and water views. Great kitchen. As with most rental properties the kitchen was stocked for short term guests needing mostly entertaining and snacking cookware. Being Thanksgiving, we were cooking. So don’t expect to find a roasting pan big enough for a Turkey or a potato masher or the sharpest knives. But the kitchen had plenty of glassware, utensils, dishes and casserole dishes. Also a good basic pot/pans selection. The kitchen had lots of counter space and cupboards for storage. Great space for community cooking and not tripping over one another. Lots of sitting for eating between the kitchen counter, dining table and the outdoor table on level 2. Plenty of dish soap and a starter of paper products was provided. First floor is “flood zone” so sparsely furnished with a tv and couch and game room feeling. Second floor is kitchen and great room, laundry and bath number 3. Upstairs on level 3 is the master, and two secondary bedrooms with the master bath and the second full bath. Love how you have no one walking hallways outside the secondary bedrooms with this townhouse construction. Beds were all great. Very nice supply of bath towels and even pool towels for max occupancy. We did have the octogenarian and were aware there’d be stairs to climb to get to the living areas. It’s good exercise. The octogenarian did find the tub wall height in the upstairs bathroom a bit high to access without any grip bars. Flip side it’s a great soaking tub and the master has an amazing easy access shower. Pool area was very peaceful with 2 grills and pool and spa. Property is very secure with onsite security located on the pool deck. They do a great job of walking the property both dockside and street side ensuring a peaceful stay. Lots of TVs and cable options in every bedroom, the great room and the game room on the first level. Garage had sand chairs, pool floats, fishing rods. We have a long car expedition xlt and we were able to park it in the garage. There is no street parking. Overall a great stay that met our needs for a quiet and peaceful long weekend. Would return

Considering the Residence in across the way was offering a studio for the same price, can not emphasize you get what you pay for! This location was amazing! There were only a few minor maintenance issues but I am sure those can be fixed with no future problems! Other than that I will be shouting praise for this VRBO listing for years to come. And, yes, there are dolphins! One even has a name, Steve! Kitchen had everything we needed and even if it did not there was a Publix a few minute drive away anything else is also a walk away! If we have the chance 100 booking again!
