BED & BATH

This single-story home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms.

Sleep peacefully in the master bedroom, fitted with a queen-size bed, a 42” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

Three guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, two of which have a flat-screen TV.

The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring training

Everything you need and more!

Perfectly located with access to such a diverse amount of fun, food, beaches and entertainment. There wasn’t one thing that the house didn’t have, gorgeous and comfortable with plenty of room.

Great house in a great location

Stayed here with my family for spring break. The kids loved the pool and the house was spacious and comfortable for us during our stay. The location is convenient and easy to get to. The house was well equipped for our family including beach/pool floats/toys, games, dishes and kitchen equip. Vacasa representatives were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Great Home.

The property was extremely clean. We enjoyed the foosball table and heated pool. The bedrooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. I would stay here again.

Beautiful House, well kept and clean.

Clean and beautiful house, close to everything. Stay was great until the last night when loud banging on the front door and windows prompt us to call the Police. Very scary experience, Turnkey Rental service responded really fast with our concerns.

Clean and Quiet

This house was so clean and a quiet and relaxing location. Everything you need for a day at the beach is available. I will diffently book again and Turnkey was excellent for any questions at anytime of the day.

Family Getaway

Property was as advertised. Pool was nice and spacious. Neighborhood was a little run down. Kitchen could have used a few more pots, pans, supplies, spices … etc. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfy. Garage was well stocked with beach items abs pool floats. A/C unit was loud and sounded like door unlocking. A deadbolt on the door would have useful. Sprinklers went on in the middle of the night and were very loud and kept hitting windows which was not pleasant. Property has plenty of towels too. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Great Vacation Home

Communication with Turnkey was very good, quick response to questions. House was clean & suited all of our needs. Would request more plastic bowls/plates for pool area. Basketball net for pool was a hit! House is in a nice & quiet location. We had a great time & would definitely rent again.

Relaxing Stay...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a great fit for one to two families. It's nicely decorated, well equipped with utensils etc. and just an overall charming place. Pool was the main thing for us and kids really enjoyed spending time there. Turnkey team does a great job of staying in touch through text etc. and responding to your needs quickly.The place is also 4-5 mins drive from a mall with multiple eateries etc. Now only if it was on one of the water bodies :)

Great time

Clean and spacious. Pool was colder than we would have liked but all in all a great stay. Lots of beach chairs and toys. They told me there were not any box fans but there were 2 and a pedestal fan. So that worked out great!!

The rental house from ****

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will name this the house from ****. Here are some of the wonderful things we experienced at this home. (That was sarcasm) Dead frogs in the pool when we arrived Refrigerator broken- was replaced at about 2:30 the day after we got there Bath tub would not fill quickly and took a very significant amount of time to heat - this issue was fixed the day after we arrived the home owner had a water saver on the faucet. Could not find switch for heated pool or pool light- switch for heater was finally located by the maintenance staff by the side of the home, but it took them 6 days to find the pool light breaker was flipped. So we finally on day 6 out of 9 got to use the pool light. Weeds growing out of concrete around the pool - this was nothing major just looked unprofessional since this home is managed by a property management company. No access to closet in bedroom 4 Air condition broken- was broken when we arrived and was "fixed" same day. Broke again with 3 days left in our trip and had to be rigged to work by the air-conditioning company. Sewage backing up in bathtub - was told someone would come clean the sewage but no one showed. Sent out a plumber but he found nothing that would cause these issues. Blood on pillow case- was told the home was inspected the day before we arrived but this was a pretty disgusting miss. Garage is not large enough to fit a standard sized vehicle and is a MANUAL garage. Garage door locks after being closed and the garage access door from inside the house broke and we could not get in until someone came and broke the door lock so we could get our carseat out so we could leave. If you want the house from **** with poor customer service to go with it this is the house for you. Also they offered me a whopping 40.00 for all of our issues.
