Extremely clean and well maintained, this property is less than a half mile from the Gulf, walk to the beach or drive!
Explore nearby trails, launch a kayak for adventures on the water, or enjoy luxe on-site community amenities, like a big pool with a separate kiddie pool, picnic area next to a second pool, and a clubhouse.
Your stand-alone rental is situated on a large lot with abundant outdoor living space perfect for games, activities, and relaxing. Fire up the grill on the patio or simply enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding area from the privacy of a screened porch.
LIVING AREA
Serving as the social hub of the home, the open living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a 55” smart TV with cable and a DVD player. Gather for family movie nights, or break out the provided board games for some family fun.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.
Serve up your tasty creations at the six-seat dining table, or perch at the kitchen bar for three.
BED & BATH
This cottage sleeps ten guests in three bedrooms.
Find quiet privacy in the master suite with a king bed, a 32” smart TV with Roku, and an en-suite with a tub/shower.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a queen bed, and a 32” TV. An en-suite with a walk-in shower can also be accessed via the hallway.
Providing an additional queen bed, the third bedroom has a 32” Roku TV.
OUTDOOR AREA
Sip morning coffee on the patio, outfitted with four chairs and a grill.
For a leisurely afternoon relaxing amid lush views of the surrounding area, make your way to the screened porch -- complete with ceiling fans and plenty of outdoor seating.

As part of The Rookery III community, you’ll have access to two large shared pools, a kiddie pool, a covered picnic area, and a clubhouse with a ping-pong table.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a washer/dryer are provided. Driveway parking is available for two cars next to the unit.
Please note the following are prohibited per the HOA: campers, RVs, boats, and trailers.
LOCATION
For a sun-kissed day at the beach, head across the highway to the long stretch of sugar-white sand along the Gulf. You’ll find ample parking at the beach, available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Or traverse one of the many nearby trails and make your way to the bay to fish, kayak, and canoe.
To catch a deep-sea charter, drive 4 miles to Fort Morgan Marina. Then have your fresh catch cooked up for you at Tacky Jacks!
For a fun day trip, pack a picnic and catch a ferry to Dauphin Island.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
