Cozy apartment, centrally located and only 500 meters from the beach. Newly renovated and ideal up to 4 guests on a floor space of 65 square meters.

The apartment is bright and tastefully decorated. On the small terrace you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine, with a fantastic view of the beach and the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has air conditioning. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower and a hot tub. The beautiful bedroom has a double bed with ceiling fan and access to the balcony. There is a spacious dressing room with a large closet and space for all the luggage between the living room and kitchen area. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples (with or without children) who are looking for a pleasant and romantic accommodation.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, opposite the city beach of Palma and near old town and cathedral. You can reach the apartment from the airport with the bus 1 and executes as a direct line from beach promenade and Palma. Within walking distance you will find a few minutes supermarkets, restaurants, beach club, many green parks which invite for walks with playgrounds.

Lovely Host, nice apartment
Pilar the host is a lovely lady, who couldn’t do enough for us, baked us cookies, bought us cake and although we didn’t speak each others language very well we made ourselves understood and became friends. Apartment location is great, by the beach and easy walk into town centre. You can see the sea from the balcony. It is a nice apartment with everything you could need, although appliances are old they work efficiently. Jacuzzi bath dominates the bathroom which really isn’t needed in my opinion, small but lovely shower. One thing that we found strange was glass tiles where the outside wall onto a balcony which the neighbour walked along every day, don’t think you can see in but found it strange. I know Pilar is looking to renovate the apartment at some point soon but it is comfy enough with all amenities (except heating) and I would stay here again, as very safe and enjoyed the stay.

Perfekte Lage und warm im Winter
Super liebe Gastgeber! Alles ist vorhanden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man ist ganz schnell in der Altstadt oder am Strand und kann jederzeit den Meerblick genießen. Das Bett ist gemütlich nur die Straße ist etwas laut. Tv gibt's nicht in deutsch dafür aber netflix! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Eine Woche auf Mallorca
die Wohnung ist ganz bequem und Biene die in der Küche gibt es Ofen mit dem Herd Mikrowelle und Esstisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit der Sofa, Fernseher und noch einem Esstisch ausgestattet. Da gibt's auch einen kleinen Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein. Das Bett ist komfortabel. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Supermärkte in der Nähe, und das Zentrum ist 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Gebäude ist neben einem kleinen Park. Die Autobahn ist auch schnell erreicht. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hilfreich.

Rundum schöner Urlaub
Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht enttäuscht. Beste Lage im "Einwohner-Viertel". Alles fußläufig zu erreichen einschl. Zentralbahnhof für Fahrten per Bus und Bahn in die weitere Umgebung. Kontakt mit Vermieterin über Oscar problemlos und prompt.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
2 Zimmer Küche Bad alles was man braucht, Kaffees Supermärkte und der Strand von Palma in unmittelbarer Nähe, dass Historische Zentrum in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle fast vorm Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fewo mit allem was man braucht
Die Fewo war sehr schön groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Sie liegt super nah am Strand und bis ins Zentrum der Altstadt braucht man auch nur 10 min zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation war einfach toll. Kann man einfach nur weiter empfehlen.

Perfect in every way!
Pilar and her family extended a warm welcome to us and kindly left water, wine and beautiful home made lemon shortbread biscuits. The apartment had everything we could possibly need! It is ideally situated being only a few minutes away from a wonderful beach and coastal walks to Portixol and further as well as being a short walk from Palma Cathedral and everything Palma has to offer . We will certainly be back and would highly recommend Pilar’s apartment to any couple wishing to have a memorable holiday in Palma. Thank you so much Pilar and family. Geraldine and Michael xxx

bella e posizione molto comoda
eravamo 4 ragazze e ci siamo trovate benissimo sia all'interno della casa sia come posizione: comoda per il centro , per prendere taxi e bus verso spiagge e discoteche la sera. La casa era molto pulita , spaziosa e dotata di tutto l' occorrente necessario per cucinare , lavarsi e pulire l'interno .

Traumhafte Lage, wunderschöne Unterkunft
Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal zu dritt in dieser schönen Wohnung in grandioser City-Lage und es wird hoffentlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Sie weist alles auf, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Palma benötigt und ist sehr sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon Richtung Meer ist umwerfend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfecta combinacion entre ciudad y playa
Lo que mas nos ha gustado es la amabilidaf y flexibilidad de los propietarios, su cortesía, etc. El apartamento está perfecto ubicado 500 mtes del semáforo para acceder a la playa del centro linda y con chiri guitos. A 10 min de Portixol y a 10 min andando del casco antiguo, tanto de la catedral como de plaza mayor. Sin dudas volveria!!! Gracias

Sehr nette Gastgeber,eine sehr saubere Wohnung,die auch 4 Personen genügend Platz bietet. Die Küche ist gut sortiert,auch zum Kochen ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. In 20 Gehminuten ist die Kathedrale erreichbar -- und damit die Innenstadt,in 3 Minuten kann man am Strand mit Blick auf die Skyline ziemlich endlos in beide Richtungen wandern, ebensolange am Meer entlang radeln.Kleine Geschäfte im unmittelbaren Umfeld bieten alle Lebensmittel,eine der 3 Markthallen ist in 20 Minuten zu genießen.Auch zu Winterzeiten reicht die Heizung der Wohnung.

Good place to explore Palma
We enjoyed staying at this apartment. Pillar and Oscar were both very helpful. It is in a good location to use public transportation or it's easy to walk to the old town from the apartment. It was well stocked in the kitchen & we especially enjoyed the bottle of wine and water that Pilar gave us. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the linens were nice, and it was a special bonus to have a smartTV with access to Netflix and YouTube. Good choice to stay in this apartment!

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Vermieter sowie die Mitbewohner im Haus sind sehr freundlich (Wasser und sogar Wein waren bereits gekühlt). Unsere Bitten wurden immer prompt und zuverlässig erfüllt. Nur ein kleines Negativ besteht: nachts ist es bedingt durch die Hauptstraße etwas laut. Wir können das Appartement aber weiterempfehlen.

Sehr günstig gelegene, schöne Fewo zu fairem Preis und herausragende Freundlichkeit
Wir buchten die Wohnung für 6 Nächte, da wir vor einer Kreuzfahrt noch Mallorca erkunden wollten. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr günstig gelegen. Man ist in 10min zu Fuß am Stadtstrand und in 15min an der Kathedrale und somit in der Altstadt. Auch andere Ziele (z.B der Zug nach Soller) sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in 5min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet (Toller Kühlschrank, Whirlwanne, Netflix...). Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn (über den die Kommunikation in deutsch oder englisch läuft) sind super freundlich. Unsere Ankunft nach 23 Uhr war kein Problem; es waren schon Getränke im Kühlschrank; als die Waschmaschine streikte, wurde unsere Wäsche gewaschen, usw. Auch die bei der Abreise vergessene geliebte Haarspange meiner Frau wurde uns nach Deutschland zurückgeschickt. Da alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, haben wir uns nur für 2 Tage einen Mietwagen genommen, um Ziele auf der restlichen Insel zu erreichen. Dies war auch gut so, denn einen Parkplatz rund um die Wohnung zu finden, ist quasi unmöglich. Aber das ist generell in Palma so, warum sollte es also in der Umgebung der Wohnung anders sein ;-) Zusammengefasst können wir sagen, wir waren begeistert und können die Wohnung uneigeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Super schöne Wohnung in allerbester Lage!
Wir sind positiv überrascht über die große schöne Wohnung in bester Lage am Meer und nur ein paar Gehminuten zur Altstadt entfernt. Top sauber, bequemes großes Bett, geschmackvoll möbliert. Sehr nette Gastgeber und top Kommunikation mit Oscar. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Pris og kvalitet hænger sammen. God beliggenhed, dog med en del trafikstøj eftermiddag/aften.
Boligen fungerer fint for 2 personer. Køkkenet er udstyret så man sagtens kan lave mad hjemme. Indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. Strand tæt på. Ikke så mange restauranter i nær området, men kun 20 min. Gang til centrum og ca. 10 min. på cykel. Lidt besværligt at få cykler med op i lejligheden, men det kan lade sig gøre. Vi kan sagtens anbefale lejligheden, men man skal tage lidt trafikstøj med i betragtning. Vi blev godt modtaget af udlejer, der havde sørget for kold vand og vin ved ankomst og var meget behjælpsom med at bestille taxi, da vi skulle hjem (ca. 20€ til lufthavn). God ferie på en dejlig ø.
