Take in dazzling Gulf views from the furnished eighth-floor balcony of this all-suite corner condo. Enjoy an unparalleled locale right on the white sandy beach, as well as access to an outdoor pool overlooking the Gulf and a grill area. Centrally located at Clearwater Condominiums, you are within easy walking distance of popular restaurants, shops, and beach attractions. This spectacular location is also within walking distance of the Gulf State Park Pier.

Sprawl out on the sofa bed in the living room and take in the vast ocean views. This open-concept space is also furnished with two armchairs and a TV. Prepare favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

Each bedroom includes a TV. Tuck into bed in the primary bedroom. The en suite bathroom is configured with a shower with a jetted tub. A twin-over-twin bunk alcove is located in the hallway.

Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a Nintendo Wii console are provided.

Really needs some TLC
The best thing about unit 8D is the balcony and that dazzling view. Unit is rundown, needs a deep cleaning and a paint job. Some of the furniture is broken, the couch is worn out, floors were dirty on day one, some blinds were broken and you could not lock/secure front door from the inside. Bathroom updates and tile work were unfinished. The countertop, appliances and bathrooms were clean. Primary bed was comfortable, was glad we brought a fan as the primary bedroom was warmer than the rest of the unit. Will look to stay in another unit/condo next tume.

Not terrible, but not the greatest
All in all, the condo 8D was decent. There was plenty of space for the family, the view was very nice, and it was cleaned and stocked pretty good for our needs, but there were a few things that the home owner needs to address such as the far left knob on the stovetop being broken, you can't lock the main entrance door from the inside, a lamp shade on one of the lamps in the living room, the balcony blinds are half torn up, both bathroom toilets felt very unstable, and the master bedroom stayed hot..we had to go buy a fan after the first night to make it bearable. Other than the things that need to be addressed, the condo wasn’t too bad.

We loved the location directly on beach easy access! The elevator needed to be serviced and cleaned the sensor didn’t seem to work so door would close while still getting everyone on elevator. The elevator also had a bad odor continued to get worse by the day and I’m sure it was a guest problem but made difficult to breath while on it. The pool is not being cleaned properly and had a lot of particles in it. We enjoyed our stay because of the location and spending most of our time on the beach

Great location in a smaller complex, no fight to use the elevator, always had available parking and unit had plenty of room for me and my family. We will definitely book again.

The condo was nice. There were a few issues but nothing major. 2 outlets in kitchen did not work. One knob on the stove was broke . You had to enter the codes more than once to get the pool gate and the door to the condo to open. The water in the showers drained very slow. There was no water presser in the kitchen. The view from the condo was great. The location was great. The condo was clean and nicely setup.

We loved the view and the beach! The master bedroom mattress was super comfortable but the guest mattress was not. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed except for linens for the pullout sofa bed.

Very comfortable accommodations! The unit has a nice but small balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. The views were lovely. Easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Our grandsons loved the bunk beds! It took us a bit to figure out Dish on the TV but once we figured it out it was great! Overall a great experience! We would definitely stay here again.

Pictures online are not accurate. The place seemed unclean but it was more due to the need for repairs such as painting especially baseboards and trim, poor workmanship on bathroom updates, and kitchen cabinets that won’t open due to hitting oven. Drain catches had not been cleaned out so showers wouldn’t drain. The furniture needs cleaned or changes out. No toaster, Wi-Fi was spotty so we couldn’t use our Apple TV. There were no carts to use so everyone was borrowing them from the complex next door. On a positive note the view was perfect! This condo has extreme potential it just needs some care and attention.
