BED & BATH

This single-level home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom provides a king-size bed, patio access, and a Roku TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and a Roku TV. The second bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Leisurely days are enjoyed in the backyard oasis, complete with a screened lanai that has a heated pool (up to 5’-deep), spa, and ample loungers for sunbathing.

Make use of the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout. Enjoy delicious alfresco meals at the table for six.

The large yard is perfect for lawn games. In the evening, sit around the wood-burning fire pit.

Golf clubs, tennis rackets, two adult bikes, a small children’s bike and scooter, coolers, toddler floats and life vests, an air mattress, a stroller, and a Pack ‘n Play are provided.

THE LOCATION

A lovely array of dining and shopping options can be found within a few minutes of home. Cape Harbour is just 5 minutes away for additional attractions as well as water sport rentals.

Use the tennis rackets to practice your serve at Southwest Tennis Courts, situated just 5 minutes away. For sunny days by the water, head to Yacht Club Public Beach (15 minutes) or Four Freedoms Beach (10 minutes).

This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

The property is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. I am used to a property rep stopping by to answer any questions which did not happen. We couldn't use the remotes in the bedrooms and called to ask for help but no one responded. We were able to get them to work on the 3rd day there. Other than that the house had everything we needed and was properly cleaned and ready when we arrived.

The property was very nice. Perfect for our family of four. My boys loved the pool. They were a bit over excited when we first arrived and broke the chlorine float while swimming which we quickly replaced the same day with a new one. The area is calm and quiet. We enjoyed some local birds that visited the property every day and found them very calming to watch. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

Our stay at this location was an overall good experience.

But we did have a few hiccups that did throw us a bit. When we arrived, around 11pm on Sunday (our flight had been delayed getting to FL), we used the code that was provided by Vasca. The code wouldn’t work. We attempted many different ways to enter the number but with no luck. We called the number that Vasca & VRBO provided. We texted the chat through VRBO. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone! At this point, we are exhausted from traveling since 3pm that day, we had picked up food for a late night dinner on the way to our house and now we aren’t able to get into the house. We double checked address, code, etc. We went around back and our saving grace was that both doors to the pool area were unlocked. We were able to get our luggage and food into the patio area and eat quickly, while all four of us tried calling the two numbers that we were provided to contact anyone related to the rental house. All four of us were on hold for awhile, some of us OVER 30 minutes long. Finally, one of us got ahold of someone, by selecting the emergency option with the voice recording and after waiting while, someone answered his call! That person he spoke to gave us the code for the lock box (which was not provided with our reservation details) and in the lock box, was a physical key to the house. Around 12-12:15am, we finally got into the house. The first thing we do in the house is turn on the lights and get our luggage in. The first thing we see in the kitchen is a huge cockroach by the stove, upside down. Needless to say, our first impressions weren’t the greatest. The rest of the house seemed clean though and we pretty much crash after a long day. The rest of the trip did go more smoothly though, which we were all grateful for. The house was truly clean and we didn’t see any more cockroaches in the house. (There were a ton though in the outside area that we saw) And we did find comfort that the one we did see in the house was already dead! It was a perfect house for the four of us. We all came down to work part of the week with a Change of scenery and enjoy the Florida heat. The Wi-Fi was excellent. All four of us worked on laptops and phones, running multiple programs at once, and there wasn’t one glitch. The kitchen was supplied with everything you’d need for a week vacay. The pool and hot tub were amazing! There was no white binder explaining the pool system to us, it was confusing on how to get the spa turned on! 60 minute drive to Sanibel. 30 mins to RSW.

Perfect getaway

This home is perfectly appointed with everything you need and is spotless! The owners have thought of everything for your comfort, even beach supplies. The home is situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and the beaches are 30 minutes away. The pool is beautiful - loved having breakfast out on the covered patio!

Serene getaway!

This home is exactly as pictured! We were looking for a quiet getaway from our normal day to day in NYC and this was perfect. Close grocery shopping, close beaches, and the house was lovely in a super quiet neighborhood! It was awesome having infant items like pack-n-play and high chair for our 9 month old and all the pool floats, games, and beach supplies were great. The house is well organized (my type A self loved how everything is labeled and the little owners manual for any questions!) and has everything you need for cooking. My only suggestion would be to somehow make the pool/spa system a little easier. The owner had awesome directions laid out, but we’ve stayed in rentals where a remote was much more convenient than having to go to the side of the house to operate things. Again, not a big enough deal to even knock off a star but would make the stay even more amazing!

Best Family Trip Ever!

Great Location

A beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated having the coolers, beach towels, and umbrella for our beach days. We did have some issues with getting the hot tub to work the first day. Maintenance came mid week and after that the pool felt like the hot tub but only for that day.

Nice modern home in good neighborhood
