This beautifully remodeled duplex is just a 500’ walk from the beach. After spending a sun-kissed day by the water, stroll to popular restaurants in your neighborhood. Travel one mile to the Gulf State Park Pier for fishing and picturesque views. Check out Tanger Outlets or OWA Amusement Park, a 10-mile drive from your vacation rental for inland fun.

Stylish beach-themed decor and comfy furnishings across the single-story floor plan invite you to unwind into vacation mode. Enjoy the Gulf breeze from your elevated deck. Relax on two armchairs in the inviting living area, where double glass doors flood the space with natural light. Kick back on the plush sectional and watch your favorite shows on the 55” TV. The chef in your group will feel right at home in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and spacious granite countertops.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a 32” TV. Enjoy direct access to an intimate balcony where you can sip morning coffee.

Under the carport, you will find a convenient outdoor shower. Amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

Short walk to the beach’
Amazing location for walking to the public beach but needs a couple improvements. Cute place. Some cosmetic issues with the place but nothing that affected our stay. The dryer in laundry room did leave red colored spots on our clothes so we didn’t use it again after that. You’ll need to bring a lighter if you plan to use the grill, we couldn’t find one in the house. Also need to bring beach chairs because there was only one small one in the garage. One roll of toilet paper and paper towels provided, no dish towels provided. Only 1 block walking from the public beach so that was awesome. Overall great place for 6 people comfortably or 8 if you use the common room pullout couch. Couldn’t hear the other half of the duplex much at all which was nice.

Oh so cute! Beach fun!
This property is so cute, and we loved our stay. It was very clean. The only kind of complaint we had was the outside trash can was full so we couldn’t put our trash in it at check out. Not big deal to us, but it could have been a problem form someone that had more trash than us.

Quick little get away
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great we had everything we needed. Only issue is the WiFi. Quick little get away
The place was great we had everything we needed. Only issue is the WiFi. Cell phone service was very limited so having WiFi would have made it easier. One other thing we arrived 30 minutes early and we were told we couldn’t check in early. No one was there and it was already cleaned. That was a bit of a disappointment. Nice and new
Pros: Nice new fresh paint, appliances, linens—pretty much everything. Location was good. Cons: Internet. If you need internet here, the corporate internet is terrible. Had to sign in each and everytime. The property manager gave us the secure internet password which got better, however you need to remain in the same room as the router for good reception. Other end of the house, no reception. Door lock. Code worked the first time. Then locked it and left to get groceries. Came back. Code wouldn’t work. It’s hot and we have $150 worth of refrigerator and frozen foods. I call the number for help. 23 minutes on hold. They can reset the code. But before they can give me a new code, I have to go through a series of policy questions. Ok fine. First question—-“why did you choose this property?” That’s a policy question? They ask my age, how many people are staying, pets etc. finally got a new code. It worked after that fine. But if you need to get in touch with someone urgent, I think it would be a significant challenge. However if the provided tablet was running low on a charge, they certainly were on top of letting you know it needed to be plugged in. Frustrating. Overall it was as advertised. The lock issue really was quite ridiculous to wait that long to speak with someone. I tried text as well but no one responded until next day to say “thank you for your text”.

Quiet area for a relaxing getaway
We enjoyed our stay in a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom. Only complaint would have been the internet kept going in and out so I wasn’t able to get work done as intended for the weekend. Other than that, I would say this is probably the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for my family of 4. Will definitely check out this property in the future.
