The Towers is an oceanfront property at 29th Street in Ocean City. When you're not swimming in the on-site pool or lounging on the beach, you'll be two blocks from the north end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, across Coastal Highway from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and within blocks of popular restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and nightlife.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Unit was filthy

The carpets were very old and stained, so were the LR rug and furniture, stained and dirty, windows were so dirty we couldn't see out and cleaned them ourselves, there was also an ant infestation. This listing should be taken down.

Great Location

The location was great with ocean view and short walk to the beach. We never did receive our parking pass. It would be nice to offer guests a couple of extra throws for the couches and blankets for the bedrooms. Also some liquid soap not just in kitchen, but bathrooms as well. Maybe some basic spices for people who want to cook. We ran out of toilet paper and laundry pods and had to purchase. There should be a stock for guests to use, not just a couple rolls…but enough for a family. Great to have washer and dryer to use. All in all a good place to stay for the price.

Deserves three and a half stars

The view when you walk into this property is absolutely amazing. You are right on the beach. I give this property three and a half stars, however, because the check-in process was deplorable. We could open the front door with an eleven-digit code. But, we had trouble opening the lock box where one may access the key to the property, and the Vacasa service was useless. Don't get me wrong, the Vacasa rep. answered the phone,..they just didn't do anything. I was waiting for someone to come out and get the key for me, but no one showed up. Also, be sure and get a clear response about where *exactly* the valuable parking permit is located. There are signs everywhere that cars without a permit will be towed, etc...When texting about where to access the permit to put in our vehicle, the Vacasa rep simply said that it was "in the property" or "in the drawer". Very vague. I put all of this in my review on the Vacasa website, but of course, negative reviews are categorically deleted. Enjoy your stay, but be prepared for a check-in is a pain.

Beautiful view

The condo was lovely. Spacious and decorated well. There were some challenges with getting the lockbox code, and access code but overall things were good.

Thanksgiving in OC

The property is a great location....beach/ocean front with fantastic views. The condition of the property was a little lacking - the recycle bin was full, there was water left in the tub, and the kitchen was not wiped down. None of this was enough to spoil the trip. The property management company was very responsive to text and phone calls. One recommendation is to have the parking pass available in the unit; having to drive and pick it up was a little inconvenient. I would stay again.

Most beautiful view and great location.

I would rent again just to sit on the couch and watch the surfers in the sunrise from the couch!! The location was great for us because we spent time all over the island. We loved the fact that we could walk to some great bars and the fractured prune being right downstairs. The tram was 1 block away. We hope to go back. Check in was tough because they didnt send the code. When we called we got the wrong code. So, it was a process. We never did get the right code for the wifi but thats because buy the time they responded, we were not in the house to reset the router as requested. And, the TV in the bedroom was on thw fritz, so we had ro use the living room TV. All managable issues. If you are a neat freak ya won't love all the dust bunnies. But overall, it was exactly what we needed for a quickie weekend getaway.

Great stay

There were only two things that dropped the star rating. Behind/under the couches and furniture had not been cleaned and the door handle on the bathroom kept coming off. Other than that everything was great!

Beach stay

The place is great and the location is amazing. You can walk to pretty much everything and it’s close enough to the boardwalk to ride bikes with the kids and the ocean views are amazing. Would definitely come back

Good location

The condo was in a great location. Size of the unit was very nice and unit was updated. One downside was that there was pet hair all over the furniture and rugs - not sure if the owner has a pet or the person who renter prior to us brought one. Not great for our allergies. Would also be nice if the parking pass was actually located in the unit, rather than having to drive to the office to pick one up.

Picture Perfect

The condo was just as pictured! We loved the updated bathrooms and kitchen. We only wish there was a Keurig machine. It is a great location! The elevator to the second floor is fast and convenient. There were extra blankets in the bottom dresser drawer (we didn't discover that until we were leaving). Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The balcony was very peaceful to watch the ocean. This is our first time renting from Vacasa and we were very pleased with the service. We plan to book this place again!
