Great place and wonderful owners!!

We cannot say enough great things about this place!! It is VERY clean and spacious and had everything you need for a stay at the beach. Ron is so nice and ensures you have everything set up and ready for checkin. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back!

Great Location and property owner

Perfect place!!

We cannot say enough great things about this place or the owner! Ron was so helpful and provided great communication and updates. The house was perfect- so clean with a large kitchen and very comfortable living room. The house was walking distance to the community pool which was also amazing and The Big Chill where there were many different dining options. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway

We stayed at the property for 6 nights over Spring Break. It was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 11yo+8yo) The condo was very clean and has most of the essentials you need in the kitchen. The area is great for exploring along 30a and being across from the Big Chill was great. It was very busy everywhere while we were there but this location allowed us to bike almost anywhere we needed so it wasn’t too big a problem. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay on 30a. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Paul

Lovely piece of paradise!

Our family recently visited this property over fall break and loved it. Super easy access to nearby restaurants and shops and a quick ride to the beautiful emerald coast beaches! The property was clean, updated and the perfect amount of space for our family to be comfortable. Ron was excellent to communicate with and super flexible with our needs! We would recommend this property for anyone interested and hope to return soon!

Immaculate and relaxing

One of the best Vacation rentals we have gone to. So clean, everything felt new. The beds are so comfortable and the master shower is like a spa. The neighborhood is perfect if you have kids. Feels very safe. And, kids ride bikes everywhere. Loved it!

Great Stay!

The property was very clean and looks just like the photos online. The beds and linens were surprisingly comfortable, and we were glad to see the kitchen perfectly stocked for cooking. The location was perfect for the teens in our group who thoroughly enjoyed hanging at the pool and the Hub. The host was kind and very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Bright Aesthetic & Great Location

We’ve stayed in 30A 3 years now, and this was another great vacation here! We loved the close proximity to the pool and that we could walk to the Big Chill right across the street. The owner was very patient with the questions we had and made our stay enjoyable.

Great stay!

Our family had the best time staying here! The home was so clean and and the location was convenient. We loved how close we were to the pool and the big Chill right across the street, which our whole family loved! We had never stayed in this part of 30A but loved the quiet location with super easy access to both Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Ron was great with quick communication and we look forward future trips back!

Such a great place!

We had the best experience staying here. House was so clean and beautiful. A quick bike ride will get you to downtown Seaside or downtown Rosemary in no time!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience! Ron was very helpful and informative. We had a few maintenance hiccups and Ron was quick to respond and resolve. Very convenient access to pool and local shops at the Hub (all walking distance or golf cart). Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again!

Perfect 30A Location!

Beautiful property near the center of 30A. Great location to explore local shops and great state park beaches. Ron was extremely helpful answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break 2022

We loved the property. Perfect for the four of us. Walk to the hub and pool. Short drive to the beach and perfect location right in between seaside and rosemary.
