Downtown Rapid City Apartment
House was originally built in 1916 and the bottom level is a walkout apartment. In the middle of downtown Rapid City within walking distance to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. This is an older house and was not built to reduce noise so if the upstairs tenants are home you Will hear them! If you are sensitive to noises or a light sleeper this is not the place for you.
