Easter Vacation

Great Location,Great property manager, the house had repairs done but they did not seem to be professionally done as we have stayed at other properties in Isle of Palms.Make sure pool pump has been replaced if you consider renting.

We had a great trip and it was especially nice that grandma could bring her dog. Since we were flying in from Colorado it was nice that there were beach towels and chairs.

Everything was as described. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. Plenty of room in the kitchen and for eating together and it was a quiet neighborhood. Would stay there Again. Good price as well

Fun in the sun

The house was perfect for our vacation. Pool was great for the kids and we were close enough to the beach. We also love that the property has enough grass for yard games such as badminton and bocce.

Amazing vacation

My extended family and I absolutely loved staying here. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The beach was only a short walk away which was great and convenient. This was our first visit to Isle and Palms and we fell in love and will definitely be back.

Wonderful Week

It was as advertised on the website. The house was inviting and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with dishes, utensils, appliances and spices. Pool, hot tub and sauna were used daily and nice to have when little ones were napping/sleeping. I would recommend it highly for families with small children/grandchildren. The beach chairs and wagon were great to have for our time on the beach.

This house is in a great location-close to the beach and IOP restaurants. The house has a lot of room for multiple generations along with a wonderful backyard and large deck. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions and we were very happy with our stay. We look forward to returning again!

Excellent Home Away From Home!

We had an absolute blast at Isle of Palms! Rita was always there to answer any questions & the amenities were FANTASTIC!! We specifically enjoyed the pool & our favorite hangout was the screened in porch w/a tv. The neighbors were just the sweetest & our dog & theirs got along great!! Definitely an A+ VRBO!!!

Holiday Fun!

Even though it was a very cold Christmas, we had a wonderful time at this home. There was plenty of space of us to spread out, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home !

Great Beach House!

We had an amazing time this past week in IOP! The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The backyard is HUGE- lots of space for our friend’s dog to run around and the pool was perfect as well. The house was clean and well maintained and was very comfortable for our group. The screened in sunroom was great for morning coffee. Fortunately, I didn’t need to contact the host much but Rita reached out to make sure everything was ok and to inform us of anything. She also had a great recommendation for golf cart rental that was very helpful! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place for a family getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The kitchen is huge and well equipped with cooking supplies. The screen porch is a great place to hang out when you are done swimming in the pool. It even has a 2 person sauna. We did opt to get the pool heated and were thrilled it was comfortable to use at the end of March/early April. The beach is a quick walk away and they even had a wagon we used to pull our towels and bags. Rita was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend this home for an extended family vacation!

Spectacular vacation!

The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The elevator was incredibly helpful to have for my father-in-law, who has knee problems. Short walk to the beach, grocery store was a short drive from the house, and the house was just gorgeous, inside and out! The backyard was like an oasis! It had a nice-sized pool and there were plenty of backyard activities that we used, like corn hole and badminton. Wonderful vacation overall!

We were born on this island and lived here for years with our three children (and several dogs). We now live south of Charleston and rely on our dear friend and SC native, Rita, to manage the house.

Convenient for beach lovers. Perfect for families and old friends. Pool and hot tub in your own backyard. Spacious deck and patio for sunset dinners. Great for kids - siblings and cousins can entertain each other in plenty of space indoors and outdoors.
Bringing your dogs? They'll love the fenced-in backyard. Make sure to take them to the beach during off-leash hours (April 1 - September 14: 4:00 pm to 10:00 am | September 15 - March 31: 5:00 am - 9:00 am)!
