This was a great place to stay. It is about 25 miles from Zion. House was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. Would definitely stay here again.
This place was such a great find for our family. My kids loved the game room! Everything was clean and the host responded very quickly to questions! We would stay here again!
This property had everything we needed. Very clean and quiet. Perfect for a couple or small family. Close proximity to outdoor activities and all the necessities. Unfortunately on our trip we had to seek medical care for an emergency surgery. But am pleased to say the local ER gave us excellent care. And all went well and we rested up at the VRBO before our trip home.
My sister-in-law and I had a nice stay in this 2-bedroom LaVerkin house. It was close enough to easily enjoy some time in Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and other surrounding areas.
Clean & roomy house even though it is small. very nicely decorated. the kids loved the game room in the garage. Owner communicated everything precisely and was available by phone and text.
Overall, a very pleasant experience
The basketball and the foosball tables were broken. The garage where it’s stored was very warm during the summer. The house was fine for our purposes. We were too exhausted after hiking all day to do anything else.
We stayed while we were visiting Zion & found it to be a convenient and more affordable. The place was clean and we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table and I appreciated having a washer and dryer to do a couple loads of laundry. We went to River Rock Brewing company and had a great dinner with a beautiful view. The negatives- the couch has multiple stains and some of the accent pillows did also or were just worn or torn. So despite being able to see that the house was “clean,” it made it feel unclean. Additionally, I think there is a rooster next door. We are early birds, so it wasn’t an issue, but it might bother someone trying to sleep in.
The home was exactly as advertised. Great value, location (close to stores and restaurants), clean and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the extra living space in the garage which gave us plenty of space for three adults. If you're traveling with mountain bikes, you'll love the ease and security of opening the garage and setting them inside. Cute place and recommended for a place to stay while exploring Utah!
This place is great if you are planning some time at Zion. It’s just about a 25 minute drive there. It had everything we needed as well as a nice rec room/ garage that kept us busy during our few minutes of down time. It is located very close to the main road to Zion and a grocery store and coffee shop are super close as well.
The house was clean, had very adequate space and all necessary amenities. Great decorating accents gave it nice character. My husband and I spend as much time outdoors as possible. Unfortunately, before we could use the patio, we had to thoroughly wipe down the table, brush off the chairs and sweep the cement. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. Their is no landscaping, just tall weeds and there looks like a junk yard on the other side of the wall. The area is a bit noisy with barking dogs and crowing roosters. If you care only about the inside, then all is good. We did have a good time and star gazed both nights we were there.
Inside is very clean, everything we needed was there. And the game room is great!!
It’s close to all amenities, store gas, restaurants, and short drive to Zion!! We loved it and would stay there again.
Ps: The yard could use some tlc.
