Quiet apartment with terrace in the historic center of La Rochelle

Located in the historic center and all 200 meters away from the Market Hall as seen from the Place de Verdun (the central bus station for the city buses as the buses on the Ile de Ré), our one bedroom apartment is located (35 m2 + 12 m2 terrace ) in close proximity to restaurants, shops, the park, the old port and museums. It is suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Those arriving by car will take place in close (400 m) away Chemin du Rempart free parking. Before the apartment itself there is no parking.

If you come by train, reached the apartment has a 15-20-minute walk past the old harbor and across the historic center. Otherwise the bus.

Equipment: double bedroom for 2 people (1.40m / 2.00m) + convertible sofa in the living room for 1 adult or 2 children; Kitchenette, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, washing machine, television, WiFi

COMPACT AND GREAT VALUE
Christiane is a very good host, accessible and helpful. The apartment is small but very well equipped. Slept like a log bed was very comfortable and sofa bed was brand new. Hob and oven small but work perfectly well. Large quiet airy terrace; Apartment is on quiet shopping street with Carrefour within 100 mmetres. Market hall is 5 mins away and is super. Full on street market Wednesday and Saturday is worth going to. Vieux port is about 15 mins walk away thru good quality shopping streets. Definitely not a property for more than a couple but excellent location and great value, John

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut, il est situé dans une très belle et calme rue, tout est accessible à pied. Le check-in et check-out se sont déroulés sans problème. Étant venus en voiture, il n'était cependant pas facile de trouver une place de parking gratuite.

Localisation au top
Les + : localisation au top, proche de tout, terrasse qui permet d'avoir un petit coin exterieur et d'acrocher le linge, appartemement au rez de chaussée pratique pour les bagages, immeuble plutôt calme. Le - : le canapé lit est vraiment très inconfortable. La Rochelle est une jolie ville vivante et agréable, une très belle découverte pour nous!

Lovely stay
Lovely little apartment in centre of town - easy walking distance to everything . Was so glad of the outside space and shade it gave us -as we visited during an official heat wave ! Bruno met us at the property and gave us the keys and was friendly and helpful. Carrefour city at the end of the road and three minutes walk from the daily market where my partner went every morning for fresh pastries. Would stay again

Jolie decouverte
La location est située en plein centre ville, possibilité de faire ses courses, le marché et aller au restaurant à pieds, très appréciable. Elle est en rez de chaussée, en arrière et donc au calme. Son patio est un plus. Sous les arcades, elle est bien pensée dans sa distribution, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût ce qui donne l impression d être bien accueilli, un peu comme chez soi. Je la recommande pour ces raisons, ainsi que pour l accueil et la disponibilité de la personne qui s en occupe.

Au milieu de tout
L'appartement est agréable et très bien situé.Il se trouve dans le centre ville à proximité des visites, commerces,vieux port et de la gare routière... Une fois que vous posez votre voiture vous pouvez l'oublier le temps de votre séjour. Il est dans une rue sous les arcades au calme. Je recommande cet appartement et bien évidemment la magnifique ville de La Rochelle.

Appartement très joliment décoré et très bien situé. Les espaces intérieurs sont petits; le coin cuisine, la salle d'eau, la chambre sont bien équipés malgré tout. Un tout petit souci de fuite d'eau sous le lavabo de la salle d'eau mais qui a dû être résolu depuis. Bien pour 2 personnes

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la Rochelle historique, faire une cure des poissons et crustacés du marché et à moins de 15 mn du port. Mention spéciale pour l'équipement de la cuisine particulièrement appréciable en ce moment de fermeture des restos.

Location idéale en couple au cœur historique du centre ville à 2 pas des halles du marché.
Logement calme propre et très bien équipé idéalement placé parfait pour découvrir la ville où la côte à vélo. Au coeur du centre historique à 2 pas des halles, station de location de vélo de la ville a proximité. Possible stationnement gratuit a 10 mn à pied.
