Condo is Fully furnished and Ready to go. Only Minutes from a private beach access, and Resteraunts and Shopping. We have two lanais that overlook the canals, one off the Master bedroom, and one off the Living room. Quiet part of the Island but there is a Trolley that will take you down to the popular times square location where it is much more active. Amazing resteraunts 5 minute walk from condo to enjoy.

Were from Colorado, but love Florida so we bought a Vacation home to spend time there when were not renting it out.
Why they chose this property
Amazing location overlooking the canals from both Lanais. walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, but quiet compared to the other end of the island where its very busy. Walk to the beach with private access 5 minutes from the Condo.
What makes this property unique
Fully furnished with very nice items. Amazing views, nice pool right outside the door. , Top floor by elevator, and it ahs townhouse feel with bedrooms on one floor with living spaces on main floor.
