Luxury townhouse, city Black mtn park /dog park hiking 3BD + office or 4 bds, 2 car gar.SUV one small car, rm for one small car in front of the garage, sometimes visitor parking available lease. 3 balconies, comm pool/ Jacuzzi, view pay in advance, sign a lease will prior to booking you will be responsible for maid service. There is no mailbox key unless you would like one. It needs to be previously arranged. Also, there is some noise from the street on one side of the house that faces the road. 30 day stay and lease and driver's license needed. 3 day advance notice required. There may be a deposit for excessive utility bills.
