EV Charging: Feel free to charge your car on NON-PEAK hours only (11pm-7am), and we will just charge you whatever kilowatt hrs you use. PEAK HOURS will be the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use).

USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains
USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage on surfaces
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
