We also offer a roller bed for the living room with extra blankets and pillows provided, as well as a large couch that sleeps one person.

You can feel completely comfortable in this home getting your work done remotely. The kitchen has enough room to make a workspace, and you will never have an issue with our WIFI connectivity.

While you're here, check out the backyard area for some serenity before getting your day started. It also includes a firepit and outdoor grill!

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking available for permit holders, and yes, we provide a permit :)

Plenty of things to do around the area, including a park in walking distance, the State Capitol Museum, Old Sac, Farmer's Markets, dining, shopping and more! The unit is in good condition, with up-to-date appliances, and is cute and comfortable. Some appliances, like the touch-sensor kitchen faucet and lamps in the bedroom were slightly baffling at first, but we got used to them. The wall mounted smart TV is HUGE. It's in sort of a "mixed-use" neighborhood, which has a little bit of a weird vibe, but it's really quiet at night, which is a plus. Our only complaints: the King bed takes up most of the bedroom space and ends up being a bit awkward to walk around; and one could wish for more counter space in the bathroom. Which is to say, hardly any complaints at all.

This is our second stay at this conveniently located and very comfortable apartment. It’s on a quiet street with plenty of parking and an easy walk to Chase Center.

Our teen daughters LOVED this place. Well equiped and close to the Zoo and Botanical gardens. Grocery stores are close by. Very clean, easy to find, easy parking. Thoughtful host who answered all our questions promptly.
