Modern building with 3 Schfzimmern, 2 baths, Wohraum with open kitchen and views of the sun terrace house eigenene pool.
The house is fully furnished and equipped. The modern and comfortable furniture, as well as new electrical appliances offer all the comforts. Towels and linens are provided. It left nothing to holiday wishes!
The beach walk about 15 minutes. The nearest supermarket and restaurant can be found about 800m away.

Lage super, sehr ruhig, Anfahrt etwas verwegen, liegt aber an den Einbahnstraßen überall. Schade waren die hohen Mauern auf dem Grundstück, keine Aussicht, man guckte ständig auf die Mauern, Garten wenig Pflanzen, dafür um so mehr Unkraut, Mobiliar draußen segr hart trotz Sitzlissen, Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert. Im Haus alles in Ordnung trsehr hart

All great, except only had 2 wine glasses and 2 flutes, took a while to receive more, only one beach towel, beds not comfortable, otherwise great.

Lovely Stay - Fab host
Lovely place, we had a rental car to explore round the island more. The home was exactly as described and clean within a nice area with enough nearby. The pool was nice and cool after a day in the sun and by the beach and had the option to cook there or go out for meals which was great with us. The host was was brilliant as we had some unexpected situations with flights being very changeable and adjusted for us where she was able which we appreciated. Thank you so much.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben in gutem Zustand. Alles ist funktionstüchtig, der Pool ordentlich gewartet. Die Betten sind komfortabel, die Sitzmöglichkeiten kommod. Für TV Freunde, der große LG hat deutsche Programme und ist Apple kompatibel. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank.

Familienurlaub (5 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendliche)
Uns hat es in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen! Sie ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, hat einen schönen Außenbereich mit einem herrlichen, halbverschatteten Außensitzplatz für 6 Personen, 3 schöne Schlafräume und 2 gute Bäder. Insgesamt wirkte alles auch recht neu. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Ein- und Auschecken waren problemlos und angenehm. Bis nach Costa Clama (Restaurants, Geschäfte etc.) sind es allerdings 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Für uns aber kein Problem, da wir einen Mietwagen hatten. Uns hat es in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen! Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren wirklich begeistert vom Haus. Alles wir beschrieben. Die Vermietung war sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und wir konnten die Zeit super nutzen. Ein Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Lugar perfecto para descansar
Casa amplia y cómoda, viajamos mi marido, mi suegra y yo. Una de las habitaciones tiene uno de los baños independiente con lo que mi suegra estaba muy cómoda y tuvo en todo momento su intimidad. Ubicada en una zona muy tranquila de Costa Calma y con rápido acceso a la carretera general. Tiene un estacionamiento privado delante de la casa. El trato fue en todo momento correcto y profesional, sólo aportaría que quizás deban ofrecer un teléfono de contacto en caso de urgencia fuera del horario de oficina. Gracias

Excellent and silence place to relax
Except little bit complicated check-in (we had to call few times to property manager and find him on some place in the city - gas station) and one case of misunderstanding with cleaning service (during check-in was mentioned cleaning service will be two times during our stay but no one arrive to the house) the place is new, comfortable, clean, with big rooms and all necessary accessories in the kitchen and pool with warm water Thank you.

Fijn huis goede uitvalsbasis voor genieten van lekker zuiden
Huis bevat alle goede dingen die een vakantieganger kan wensen. Genoeg ruimte om ons (vier volwassenen) gemak te bieden. Derde kamer was voor ons opslag, maar kon makkelijk nog vijfde gast herbergen. De zesde zou dan op de uittrekbare bank moeten slapen. De goede keuken bevatte gelukkig ook nog overgebleven voorraad van vorige bewoners, zodat we niet direct alle basics als olie zout en peper etc moesten kopen om eten bereiden. Fijn fornuis en koffiemachine. De waterkoker was door vorige bewoner misbruikt om melk in te koken, maar met enig schrobben was dat opgelost. De bbq werkte prima. Een staalborstel om het rooster schoon te houden zou handig zijn maar was er niet. Het zwembad is schoon maar te fris om lekker te zwemmen. Mooie verlichting erin. Vooral sieraad om naar te kijken in novemberavonden. De huurauto leidde ons naar het huis, en daar kregen we de sleutel van het huis. Niet in het tankstation. Advies aan de volgende, bel vanaf het vliegveld met Manuela, dan is het sneller opgelost. Er was enige verwarring over het adres. De ingang was aan de andere kant dan de straatnaam die was opgegeven. Maar eenmaal gevonden was het makkelijk te bereiken. Contact via e-mail met de eigenaar was prettig en zeer behulpzaam. Huis is zeker een aanrader. Volgende keer vast weer!

Das Objekt lädt zum bleiben ein es ist leicht abgelegen wodurch es schön ruhig über den ganzen Tag ist. Man kann sich super am Pool oder drinnen ausruhen und einfach mal abschalten.

La limpieza empañó todo lo bueno de la casa…
La casa es bonita y moderna, tal como aparece en las fotos, pero tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con la limpieza. Llegamos un sábado a las 13 y nos atendió la persona encargada de la limpieza. Nos recibió sin mascarilla y exigiéndonos todo tipo de papeles por el covid. Nos hizo hasta firmar un papel con las medidas covid cuando ella ni siquiera llevaba mascarilla. Nos pareció grotesco. Después, cuando empezamos a deshacer las maletas, nos llevamos la nefasta sorpresa: marcas de dedos en puertas, armarios y TV; matas de pelos pegados a las puertas; uñas cortadas esparcidas debajo de la mesa de exterior… estaba claro que no habían limpiado y nos tocó hacerlo a nosotros. Lo peor fue el estado de las camas, almohadas y edredones. El olor era insoportable. Nos pusimos a lavar todo, creyendo que era la ropa de cama, y cuando vimos el estado de colchones, almohadas y edredones nos llevamos las manos a la cabeza. No se trataba de limpieza ya, sino de higiene. Había manchas de todo tipo, principalmente de sangre, incluso en los edredones y protectores de colchón. Esto no era evidentemente de un día. A mi hija pequeña le daban nauseas, sobre todo por el olor. Era simplemente asqueroso. Llamé a la persona de contacto, que dijo que vendría a vernos y no lo hizo, y a la segunda llamada me dio el contacto de su jefe. Después de exponer la situación, no se nos dio una solución para ese mismo día. Estábamos desesperados. Mirando ya para irnos a un hotel, aunque la mayoría estaban cerrados por el covid. Pensamos incluso hasta dormir en el coche… A las 10 de la noche, después de suplicar que nos ayudaran, llegó la persona de contacto de muy malas formas. Entiendo que estuviera enfadada, pero somos clientes y no tenemos por qué aguantar encima los malos humos de una persona que no ha hecho bien su trabajo. Se puso a mirar los colchones (no le quedó más remedio que darnos la razón y asentar que estaban en un estafo deplorable) y a aspirar debajo de la cama de matrimonio - mejor no damos detalles. Dio la vuelta a los colchones, les puso un protector nuevo y trajo almohadas y ropa de cama nueva. No fue la mejor de las soluciones, pero al menos pudimos pasar la noche. El lunes vino a casa la persona de la agencia y entendió lo sucedido. Se quedó estupefacta al ver las fotos. Nos devolvieron el dinero de la limpieza y mandaron a otra persona para limpiar. La agencia reaccionó bien pero la situación nos pareció inaceptable y empañó nuestras vacaciones por completo.
