Be our guest! Our highest priority is your ultimate comfort and peace during your stay. Relax in this quaint farmhouse cottage nestled in our family orchard with apple, plum, cherry and pear trees. Enjoy the sights of our playful goats or visit our friendly barn cats. Delight in this private country setting after a day spent playing on the lake or in the mountains. A refreshing getaway from city/suburban living.

You'll be staying in our detached/private cottage next to our family orchard and goat pasture. Inside you'll find a well appointed/decorated studio complete with queen and pull-out sofa beds, dine in kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a full bathroom with shower. Guest wifi on site with SmartTV offering many popular streaming apps. Mobile air conditioning unit available for the warm summer months. Feel free to use our orchard hammock at your leisure. Have a seat around our spacious fire pit area near the pasture while you visit with our friendly LaMancha and Alpine goats.

Access to our property is via gated entry with a code you'll receive prior to your stay. Upon entering the tree lined driveway take the first right and park on the left side directly in front of your cottage. Entry into cottage is via key, with instructions to be given on access upon booking. You're welcome to bring a boat/personal watercraft or RV as there is ample parking space for these items.

Gorgeous

Beautiful little cottage on some quiet property. Eric was really friendly and let us know we could feed the goats with the fruit on the trees. The cottage had a great variety of games, tv, extra blankets, dish’s, snacks, etc. We loved our stay.

Convenient Location & Wonderful Hosts

We had a most wonderful stay at this beautiful “little farm”. The cottage was cute, clean, and comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. Sitting outside around the fire pit listening to the birds and watching the sunset was very peaceful. The host’s homemade cookies also were an unexpected treat! One of our most favorite things about this property was the goats… they were super cute and very entertaining! We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Perfect little cottage

Cosy suite

This rental was small and cosy. Convenient location to the Crystal Mountain ski resort. Very clean accommodation. Snacks left by the host were a bonus. Check in process was easy. Private, didn’t see anyone while there. Goats were friendly. Very quiet area despite being on a busy road. Felt very safe and secure. Soft top bed. Lots of space to put your items.

We loved the owners who provided us an immaculate newly built cottage that super comfortable for our week stay. They left special snacks, coffee, tea, cold drinks etc for us to enjoy which were so unexpected. Ample fluffy towels, wonderful bedding, and the Island Lodge Restaurant overlooked Lake Tapps right nearby for wonderful food in a Private Country Club. My son loved the corner desk, and I had time to catch up on reading books on the beautiful farm. We met 3 goats, 2 cats and wished we could have stayed longer on this Country Estate.

Lake Tapps Review

This was an excellent place to stay. It was a very relaxing two nights that we really enjoyed. The place was clean, check-in was seemless, and the hosts had the place well prepared. The place is well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Cookies were there for a nice welcoming. We enjoyed the fire pit one night with smores provided by the host. Fun place to stay

Recently moved to this property from an urban location, as we wanted a more spacious property for our kids and to be closer to outdoor recreation activities. Best decision we've ever made. Having the cottage is an added benefit as we are excited to share this wonderful place with others.
