Equally large, plush beds take the comfort theme all the way, including a master with en-suite with direct backyard and pool/spa access.

Leisure and lounging is the order of the day--every day. A wide open great room comprised of living room and grand kitchen overlooks an inviting backyard generously equipped for poolside pastimes. A combination of tall block walls and high hedges offer superb privacy, while the classic rectangular pool is complemented by a lengthy pergola over a jacuzzi spa, numerous chaise lounges and ample patio furnishings, a wood-burning 'chimenea', and mountain views galore. A large barbecue grill sits just off the kitchen window pass-through for easy outdoor entertaining.

Just a mile and a half from our vibrant downtown scene, Park ensures you can satiate your craving for action... after all that relaxing. A easy-breezy skate or bike ride can get you there in 10 minutes, or in less than five by car. Same goes for the distance to some of Palm Springs' most popular hiking trails, among other local destinations, such as horse stables, the chic uptown district, downtown nightlife, art museum, and more.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.
