Looking for a perfect getaway location? We have just the place for you in a private gated paradise. Our brand new ocean front modern villa with breath-taking views is located in the beautiful gated community just an hour an a half away from the city of San Jose and Juan Santamaria international airport.

The house has a clean modern design, high ceilings, large communal space, open kitchen with stunning ocean view, air conditioner in every room; 2 master bedrooms each one with private bathroom, perfect for two families or to share with another couple. Parking space for up to 6 cars.

You can enjoy the bird-watching and the wildlife from the infinity pool and the pool deck area. Raccoons, iguanas and Pisotes are frequent visitors. You will be amazed as toucans, scarlet Mackaw parrots, yellow warbles fly over all day long.
Playa Blanca (White Beach in Spanish) is a hidden gem. This white-sand beach is one of the most gorgeous beaches in Costa Rica; with fluffy white sand, clear turquiose water, palm trees, Playa Blanca is the epitome of a tropical paradise. Luckily, it is located less than 1km away from our villa. It's a steep walk up and down the hill so we recommend renting a golf cart to drive down to the beach as there is no public parking for cars.

You also have access to Caletillas private beach just 400 meters away. This secluded beach is great for snorkeling and pelican watching. And if you are lucky, you may see a Manta Ray fish swim by. ;)

And last but not least, we are minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants, zip-line canopy tours, ATV jungle adventure and Horseback Riding & Waterfalls tour. Close proximity to Carara National Park (15 min), Manuel Antonio National Park (1h), Los Sueños Mariott Resourt & Marina (20min), Jaco beach (25min).

Relaxed in luxury

The house provided my wife and me the perfect place to chill and rest after a week of hiking. The views from the porch were incredible, and the pool was fantastic.

Punta Leona Dreaming

Our stay was good. Communication with the punta leona staff was difficult and borderline rude. Once we found the restaurant and stores at the round about it was great. The home is clean and new. Olga was great. Super responsive.

A house in paradise!

We loved your home. It had all of the amenities we wanted -- 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful deck with incredible ocean views and a pool! We were very close to the wonderful Playa Blanca, which we spent every day at. My college-age children loved it and so did my wife and I. We ended every day with a movie on the living room's large screen tv. Olga was available whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this house!

Just beautiful

When you walk up the steps to the kitchen/living room and look out the floor to ceiling windows, life just gor better. House is very roomy, modern and has everything you need for a home away from home. Spent quite a few evenings in the pool watching the sun set. The property manager Olga was great to work with and responded quickly to questions.

This home was really nice for my family. The beach was right down the street and we were able to rent a golf cart to get around a bit easier. Olga was very helpful and friendly to us.

Spring break- family of 4 with teen boys

The house is beyond beautiful and immaculately clean. We loved the modern decor and open concept. The view of the pacific stunning! The pool was the perfect size for our family of four with two teen boys and there was more than enough room. There are several security checkpoints in the community. As a parent we appreciated seeing this being taken seriously. We had no safety concerns whatsoever. Olga was very helpful and responsive. All of her recommendations were spot on. We chose to cook at the house a majority of the time and the kitchen was equipped with everything to do so. Noteworthy is that it is off the beaten path and the grocery store with the best selection is close to 45 minutes away. The local market in the neighborhood has all of the essentials you need but not what would be required to make a full meal. It is in fact close to 20 minutes to the main entrance. We rented a golf cart and felt it was essential to access the neighborhood- the hills are very steep and walking would be very challenging. I wish we had known that you could purchase a weekly pass to the local club in order to order food and drinks at Playa Blanca. The beach at Playa Blanca is nothing short of spectacular. We’ve been to some of the best rated beaches around the world and would argue it is the warmest and sandiest with the best waves. Overall our stay was absolutely amazing. Thank you for having us.

Amazing house and host!

We stayed 4 nights. The house was just as pictured and described. The location was great - beautiful beach nearby but also only a 30-40 min drive to Jaco where we were able to surf and go for dinners. Olga was AWESOME. Very quick to help with anything we needed. Our boys (8 & 13) loved the pool. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart as others commented, but Olga made that easy too! We’re already looking at when we can go back.

Loved it!!!

What a great house, great host, great location. We loved our stay her - family of 7 The beach is beautiful, the house is amazing, and Olga is so great and responsive! Brand new home and very nice. I would definitely rent a vehicle to get around. Easy place to navigate after a day or so and the people are so friendly and warm. The whole family really enjoyed it! Ages 5-70 in our family.

Beautiful Area

I visited with my husband and 3 friends. The house is located in a community consisting of houses, condos, a hotel and access to private and public beaches. There is about a 10-15 minutes ride from the entrance to the house, and there are some hills. It is best to rent a golf cart while staying at the house - its the best way to get around the property. Olga was very helpful in securing the golf cart. Be advised that certain areas in this complex require wristbands. So, I had trouble getting into the gate to actually pick up the golf cart because i did not have a wrist band - the security guard wanted to argue with me a little until he gave in. There is also a private beach, on the property that we were asked to leave (even though all beaches in CR are public) but there are public entrances on the property. The house is just as described and pictured. We had a few issues but Olga was very responsive during our stay and made sure we were taken care of. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and markets nearby, the strip in Jaco is also a short drive.

Great space

We had a great time at Olga‘s property. It’s absolutely beautiful and clean. I hired a private chef to come in because you are up so high that you aren’t close to a lot of restaurants. There is a beach club there that you can pay for day passes to. We rented a golf cart to get around. The ocean is amazing. The sites from the property are beautiful. I enjoyed waking up and having coffee And looking out those beautiful windows or sitting on the deck. Definitely recommend. We did have a little issue with the water getting hot. As Americans we’re used to hot showers. Olga got on top of that to get someone to come and repair it. Very responsive, very helpful, super nice. Will book again.

Week long vacation

Everything was smooth in terms of rental. The location of property was far away from things but did like having a grocery store, pizza place and restaurant on the campus that we could take golf cart too.

Fantastic spot in Punta Leona/Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca is a fantastic beach spot close to SJO. The beach is white the water is clear/calm and not too busy. Olga's house is brand new/modern, with incredible view. Our family of 8 stayed very comfortable and Olga immediately contacted us after booking to make sure we had everything we needed. She even arranged for a golf cart (highly recommend) to be at the house when we arrived and got us a great rate. We will book again.

Casa moderna con una vista preciosa

Es casa moderna muy bella, cómoda, con todas las comodidades que se ocupan para vacacionar en familia, nos hospedamos nuestro familia de 6 personas muy cómodamente Tiene una vista espectacular que por el diseño de la casa se aprecia todos el día el Golfo de Nicoya y parte de playa Blanca en Punta Leona. Si por ser una casa moderna no es recomendado para niños pequeños y si es importante aclarar que para visitar playa Blanca no se tiene acceso al único parqueo disponible por lo que si es mejor alquilar un carrito de golf si hay disponibilidad, que en nuestro caso pues no tuvimos esa oportunidad de poder alquilar porque no habían carritos disponibles, entonces tuvimos que ingeniarnos de alguna forma para ir a playa Blanca en Punta Leona que sigue siendo increíble.
