This spacious and wonderful townhome at the Cabins of Porcupine Ridge, this 3 bedroom unit offers something for everyone and will sleep up to 8 persons with great views, open floor plan and is pet friendly. The main level has an open floor plan encompassing the living, kitchen and dining areas making for a perfect area to gather for entertainment and meals with exposed wood beams and wood ceiling throughout. In the gourmet kitchen plenty of countertop space and great spot to make a memorable meal. Cozy up to the wood fireplace to enjoy the warmth and true mountain getaway. The large private deck is accessible from the main living area and provides a wonderful spot to enjoy the view and spot to share light snacks, morning coffee or evening drinks. A powder room is also on the main landing. The three bedrooms upstairs include the master with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanity, tiled shower, and large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with full bathroom. The third bedroom has Queen bed and downstairs living area has a trundle bed with two Twins as an extra sleeping area. Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room 2 car heated garage parking and on the free town shuttle route. No air conditioning. NO SMOKING. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on or in the property. This is a lovely home with plenty of space for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and family room area with fireplace and deck. The kitchen is well appointed, and the cupboard wasn't full of half-used spices and condiments. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms sparkling clean.
Have stayed in this house twice and like it a lot. Buuuuut, please get some brighter lightbulbs. The place is too dark for reading and just enjoying the evenings.
We had a great time, the house was clean and exactly like the pictures. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a nice relaxing time sitting on the back patio. The beds were comfortable as well, which is always a plus. There was clear communication on anyway questions we might have had. We will try to come back.
We appreciate y’all allowing our dogs to come with us so we could truly relax for the weekend and board away. Really enjoyed our stay and can’t want to come back.

This home was just as described on vrbo. Our family from Denver included two young adult sons, a fiancée, and their Golden Retriever. The place was spacious yet cozy, and we enjoyed snowshoeing, tubing, eating good meals, and playing board games and puzzles around the spacious dining table. We would love to return.

Wonderful access to all that Winter Park has to offer as well as great trails for hiking and picnics.
We had a nice stay in this comfortable home. Was well stocked with kitchen utensils. Comfortable and clean throughout. Wonderful back porch area facing trees- great for reading & morning coffee. Only negative a bit hot upstairs in the Summer.
Great family setting, convenient to slopes and stores
Sits in development up behind grocery store - easy to find, easy to get to town or to skiing. 2 car garage so can park 4 cars there if needed. Kitchen allows for full cooking. 3 bedrooms up stairs and day bed with full bathroom downstairs with washer and dryer.
This is a beautiful home right on the bus line. Great bed/ bath setup, nice kitchen and homey living room. Never even used the media room but it looks complete. We got 2 cars in the garage, and the road and driveway were cleared after a 6 inch snow
This is a great, family (and pet) friendly house. We stayed a little over 2 weeks to get away from it all. The house is in a quiet, private (not gated) neighborhood. The area has lots of places for walks and all the neighbors/visitors that we saw were all really friendly. Safeway is a down the hill (2 minute drive) and has everything you need. The house had a few dishwasher tablets to get us started, but I was glad we brought detergent for the washer. Our teenage kids were glad to have their own rooms, and a shared bathroom (the third bathroom is in the basement with a bonus room and the laundry room).
Check-in was fairly easy, as the door has a remote/electronic/wi-fi lock. Once we had the right code (we were sent the wrong one), it was easy to get in. We were glad that the “Stay Winter Park” (property manager) still had their offices open so we could get help. They were friendly and helpful and got us in quickly.
The kitchen is extremely well stocked (even with a garlic press!!!!). Everything you need is there. There is even filtered water (plumbed at the sink) and from the refrigerator. We were really surprised, but really glad that we didn’t have to buy bottled water. The fireplaces (inside and out) had clear directions on them, though we did not use them.
It was a wonderful place to stay and get away from it all!
