Fabulous condo

We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The pools are beautiful with easy beach access. The condo was comfortable and clean. We loved the covered upper patio and it was a great place to see the beach and watch the sunset. We would stay here again.

Great place!!!

We loved our stay here!!! There were a couple things that we feel should be addressed but would not keep us from staying there again. The air conditioner in master room quit working after our first night. They tried fixing it but never did get it to work. We slept in a room that was warmer than we are used to the next two nights….74. As hot as it is in Jaco, I think they need ice trays as well as the ice machine because we were always out of ice in the ice machine. It wasn’t stocked very well with the necessities….paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer detergent, etc. However, we LOVED it here and would certainly stay again. The location was perfect, the grounds were emaculant, the pools were amazing. I only wished the tiki bar was open. You walk right out to the ocean!!! Highly recommend!!

Christmas in Jaco

This was the perfect place for us and our two 20 something daughters. It is a lot bigger than it appears in the pictures. It's very spacious. The beds are so comfortable, the fridge is brand new, the master bath has a new rainshower as well as tub, the washer/dryer is so handy and lots of bath towels and beach towels are provided. Walk straight from the complex onto the beach or stop in at one of the pools. The host is very responsive and courteous. We went with the Isla Tortuga tour he recommended at it was worth every penny and more. We're so glad we booked this condo. If I owned this place, the only thing I'd change (maybe) is to update the kitchen a little bit; otherwise it's lovely.

Our E5 experience

If you are looking for a safe, secure condo experience with an awesome view and beautiful beachside pool, this is it. E5 had all the comforts of home with all new appliances, really comfortable beds and an awesome sunset view from the upper deck. We had a great time and will definitely be returning.

Oppressive rules made up as they went

Visitors only between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am unless you bribe them. Can’t swim laps in pool in morning even though it’s vacant. Lock broke on condominium and locked out 2 hours. Zero apologies. Security guards on this property ruin the stay. In your business if you sneeze too loud
