This stay was very comfortable and close to the convention center where the dance competition was held. Clean and quiet neighborhood. Loved having my coffee on the porch and deck in the morning.
Our family needed a place to stay after our initial vacation rental had to be canceled due to no fault of our own.
Vrbo was able to confirm with the host the rental was indeed available and not double booked. The host communiated promptly whenever I asked questions during our stay because I wanted to be sure we met their expectations they same as them meeting our expectations.
Our family enjoyed our weekend visit. Our grandkids particularly enjoyed the large backyard with the playhouse.
This listing had some issues...but most are fixable. The house was super cute and was spacious for me, my husband and six kiddos. The neighborhood is cute and quiet....although the main road that it was off of felt a little sketchy. We loved that there was a large yard for the kids to play in and a cute play house. It would have been great to have some balls to throw/kick around. We had a challenge with the air conditioning. We happened to be visiting when it was 100 degree + outside. The air conditioning wasn't working well on the first night so it was rather warm...but the property manager fixed it the next day. There was a bad smell in the kitchen...but we coudn't identify where it was coming from. Lastly, there was a bit of a bug issue. When I alerted the property manager, she said they would send someone out. Definitely not a good look. My family and I travel quite a bit and stay in rentals because of our family size. When in rentals, I always want the comforts of my home if not better. It's a pain to encounter challenges while on vacation. So overall a decent stay....but definitely could have been better.
our group enjoyed our stay in this cute home! everything was clean and looked like the pictures. Only issues were having to check in late due to waiting on cleaning being finished
