nicht zu empfehlen
Istrien ist eine wunderschöne Halbinsel mit tollen Menschen und Städten. Man kann gut essen und Wein trinken. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war hervorragend, mit kurzen Wegen nach Louvran. Allerdings erfüllte die Unterkunft nicht unsere Erwartungen. Das Haus war insgesamt schmutzig (Spinnweben in vielen Ecken), das Bad war für vier Personen eher eine Zumutung. Das Haus hat eine Modernisierung dringend erforderlich. Preis/Leistung stehen für vierzehn Tage und vier Personen in keinem Verhältnis.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Haus,uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus übertrifft das,was Sie auf den Bildern sehen.Mit Kindern ist es sehr passend dort,durch den schön gepflegten Pool und den Garten. Es ist alles an Gegenständen da was man so zum Leben braucht,in der Küche,im Bad,im gesamten Haus. Frau V. H. ist eine sehr nette und tolle Frau,hatten immer Kontakt über das Telefon. Hat immer auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und somit immer geholfen.

das haus liegt in einem wunderschön gepflegten Garten am hang.reichhaltig ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt um es bequem zu haben.es ist sehr sauber,abgeschieden und ruhig,trotzdem nahe zum ortszentrum.wir waren sehr zufrieden einzig die tägliche reinigung des pools durch die Eigentümerin stört die Privatsphäre, sofern man diese will.

Villa im Grünen
Die Villa liegt in herrlich ruhiger Lage, abseits des Rummels und doch ist man in kürzester Zeit unten im Ort und am Meer. Der Garten ... eine grüne Oase, Balsam für die Seele und einfach Erholung pur. Frau XXX und ihr Sohn haben uns vor Ort sehr gut betreut, waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub ging viel zu schnell zu Ende.

villa met privacy.
Fijne woning, met alle gemakken. Wel iets gedateerd. Douche met zijsproeiers werkte niet goed. Mooie rustige, locatie. Voorzieningen op 4 km, wel auto nodig. Grote sfeervolle tuin met veel privacy. Zwembad met terras heeft toegevoegde waarde, mn met kinderen. Vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaresse.
