This cozy and bright one bedroom cottage is located on a quiet street in the South hills, adjacent to College hill and the Friendly neighborhood. Recently renovated bathroom and brand new floors give it a modern rustic atmosphere. With fast and reliable WiFi, a full kitchen to cook meals, a dedicated laundry room, and ample parking, you will have everything you need. The cottage is light and bright with a charming and cozy feel. It is located in wonderful South Eugene, close to many of our favorite attractions. Take a hike at Spencer Butte Park and enjoy a coffee and pastry at Hideaway Bakery after. Walk to Market of Choice for groceries (approx. 0.2 miles away) or enjoy a meal at one of our local eateries. Take a walk to Friendly Street Market (approx. 0.2 miles away) and enjoy a beverage or eats across the street and live music on Friday nights!

Approximately 3 miles to Mathew Knight Arena or Heyward Field.
Approximately 3.5 Miles to Autzen Stadium.
Owners live in the home directly next to the cottage and ask that you please respect the space. The cottage is not a place to host a party.
