Immerse yourself in the city's culture during the world-famous Sundance Film Festival - and take advantage of the city-wide shuttle for easy transportation.

This three-level home's main floor features an open floor plan with an inviting leather sectional, gas fireplace, and TV, where you can stream your favorite shows. There's an updated, full kitchen and a complementary dining space. Working or studying from home? The living area also offers a dedicated desk area, perfect for completing your work before relaxing.

'The main bedroom has a gas fireplace, TV, and an en suite bathroom. Two of the guest bedrooms have TVs, and one has an en suite bathroom. An extra small mattress for a toddler or small child is also available.

Additional in-home amenities include a convenient washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Leaving My Worries Behind!

I felt as if I were walking into my dream home! I LOVE the location as it is so close to Kimble Junction and some very nice eateries there! Also, it is so close to the Smith's and Whole Foods grocery stores, it made shopping a breeze to BBQ for my crew! Then relaxing in the amazing jacuzzi just let all my stress drain away! The rooms are large as is the living room area for our whole family to gather and play board games! Oh! And it is literally next door to the Olympic Village where we all enjoyed a day of obstacle course, zip lines, and tubing down the ski jump! WOW! We will definitely be back! Thank you for opening your home to us!

The perfect place.

We loved the location and the bunk room and of course the hot tub. We skied in Little Cottonwood Canyon and in Park City. Staying here made traveling to both very easy.

Nice big home

Great overall. Nice layout for our family. Good size, open kitchen/living room. The steps to the hot tub were wobbly, and a set of blinds and a towel rack broke related to maintenance. There weren't enough dishes, cups, glasses for our family.

Blissful!

We stayed in the Summer but I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the winter. The surrounding property is well groomed and green, with pathways and a stream - ideal if you like to explore/get your steps in! The cozy comfort of the beds and spaciousness of the rooms made it easy for our two families to stay together. The kitchen had so many fun gadgets, and plenty of wine glasses! ;) The kids loved the hot tub and all the rooms to play hide and seek in (upstairs AND down)! The parents loved alone time to visit on the deck. We definitely want to come back!

Great Location

My family of 4 and another family of 5 stayed in the house for 4th of July weekend and had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked. The location was great for my family located right in the center of a lot of activities that were close by. Easy access and close proximity to Olympic Park, Canyons, and Park City as we did activities at all these spots. We plan on coming back we had such a great time.

Great Family Spot

Clean and close, with plenty of room. Downfall was the kitchen was not stocked properly with utensil items for cooking, such as can opener and spatulas etc.
