Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse located 1 mile outside Comfort, TX and only 20 minutes from the wine country of Fredericksburg, TX. Located on the 112 year old Historic Biermann Ranch and completely updated in 2020 from top to bottom, take in the cows in the pasture and towering oak trees that shade the home. The freestanding soaking tub in the master bedroom along with the marble floors, countertop and tile throughout make for a relaxing place to unwind from city life and enjoy true Texas Hill Country living. The pool table is great for family fun while being steps away from the open kitchen great for meals with the family at the table or bar. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and 1 bedroom is fit with a king bed and daybed with trundle perfect for the little ones. Fully fenced in with over an acre of space, the backyard is perfect for throwing corn hole, bbq'ing, and enjoying the fire pit with s'mores. With a large sectional in the living room and plenty of space for family and friends, Das Biermann Haus is sure to meet all your dreams in a true Hill Country getaway!

Great family house!

Wonderful location for us, as my sister-in-law lives less than a mile away. This house was great for our family and close to grocery, town and restaurants. And my grandson "got to see the cows"! Will definitely stay here again.

Biermann Ranch

The ranch land was beautiful and so enjoyable with all the wildlife around. The home was nicely remodeled and comfortable for our family. It was stocked with more than ample amount of necessities. We had such a wonderful time. We will definitely return to this property.

Short excursion to the hill country

We enjoyed the property very much. It was clean and roomy. The pool table was a real hit even though offering some challenging situations when the cue ball came to rest in certain locations. We liked the location with easy access to Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and Boerne. Loved Comfort too.

Hill Country Ranch

My family and I were in Comfort for a wedding. This home is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay with lovely surroundings. Our grandchildren enjoyed seeing the deer on the property and yet it is conveniently close to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! The house was exactly as pictured in the listing and anything small we might have forgotten was there! Beds were comfortable and there were even very comfy aerobeds so our boys could have their own beds. The ranch was nice and quiet and extremely close to downtown Comfort. We will definitely stay again when we return to Comfort!

This property was IMMACULATE! It looked like everything was brand new and never touched by human hands! The home was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7 adults and was well stocked with everything you would need: utensils/pots/pans, trash bags, towels, coffee, waters, welcome snacks, toilet paper, you name it! Beds were comfortable and linens were soft. The backyard was a great place to gather and the fire pit was a great s’mores maker! Anything you want to have a comfortable stay is included with this home. etc.

The cutest getaway

We were in town for two nights for a wedding and couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating host, and the best little home away from home. My Partner could not stop raving about how darling the little house was, and he would definitely return. The animals on the property really make for a more natural, country experience, even if they are off in the distance.

Texas Hospitality

Spacious, private, and relaxing surroundings inside and out, especially for our large family gathering. While relaxing on the back porch, we had a few deer and armadillo visitors! It has modern appliances and many entertainment options. Sarah is great and also sprinkles around creature comforts such as snacks and toiletries that you forgot to bring. We stayed three nights and have no complaints at all and will certainly visit again.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect property for staying in the Hill Country. It is just a few minutes form Comfort, 20 minutes from Kerrville and 30 minutes from Fredericksburg. It is also just a short beautiful drive to Alamo Springs Cafe, one of our favorite Hill Country restaurants!

Das Biermann house

We loved the house. It is a great layout! There was cornhole to play outside and the pool table inside, we never turned on a TV! We did not spend much time there during the day, played in the Guadalupe river most of the time. We ate at High's store which was delicious and Fajita Street which was great too. I did not antique shop but others in my party did and loved it. We will be back next time the family descends on Comfort!

Awesome house!

We enjoyed our stay at Das Bierman Haus very much. The house is charming and very spacious. Sarah provided everything we could possibly need plus snacks and bottled water in the refrigerator. She responded immediately to our concerns about water pressure in the kitchen and guest bathroom, explaining the situation. In spite of this minor inconvenience, we had a great time. Comfort is a charming town with friendly people, good places to eat, unique shops, wineries nearby, and beautiful hill country roads.
