Unbelievable private unit that has been updated with beautiful custom granite, larger shower, tile back-splash, and high end bedding. Located in the heart of everything that is Gulf Shores, walk to many, many great places to eat and drink. Zero-entry pool and 300 feet on the pristine Gulf waters edge. Enjoy this spacious unit with the family and friends for the ultimate beach getaway.

This unit sleeps 8 people (sleeper sofa in living room). The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The dining table seats 6 with 4 at the bar.

Walking Distance to Restaurants - Great spring and summer rates. Beautiful Coastal Decorated Condo at San Carlos located on the 15th floor on East Beach of Gulf Shores.

Parking passes are to be purchases onsite. Passes are $50 each. Limit 2 per unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed stay at San Carlos. Two improvements would be the addition of a cookie sheet or pizza pan & a stainless steel skillet. We had a late checkout but the key code changed at least an hour before or original checkout time. Thank goodness my husband was still in unit but needed to wait 10 minutes to get back in as he was in the shower while I was taking the garbage out.

Quick beach getaway with family

Clean and comfortable in a great location that is convenient to anything you need. Nothing fancy but a great value. No problems whatsoever. Communication was excellent!

Beware of fees

Beautiful condo. Spacious and clean. Great views. Easy to find. Private beach. The only downside is the parking fee and the other fees that turn a $200 dollar stay into an $800 stay.

We had only 2 issues come up, one a minor issue with a toaster and the other a big security concern for us because we were traveling with my 5 year old niece who has autism. I shared our concerns via text about not having an interior door reinforcement lock at the top of our door even though the door had a regular automatic lock. Flight of kids with autism is a crippling fear for their parents. In less than 24 hours, sunset properties had contacted the owners for approval and had an incredibly kind maintenance man come in to install the top lock for us. Our maintenance guy even gave us some tips on great places to eat and was from our home state. We felt so much safer knowing my niece couldn’t run out of the condo at any second. I was so impressed with the responsiveness of sunset properties and the owners on this accommodation that I felt obligated to share. 10/10 on communication, responsiveness, and accommodating special needs families! Thanks for a great stay and taking our concern about the lock seriously. I think it’s also a great additional security feature that other customers will appreciate as well.

Oyster Festival Weekend

We had the best stay! The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults and a baby. Location was close to the Hangout where we attended the oyster festival. Everyone had their own bed/bath with privacy for everyone. Really had a nice trip. Weather was perfect too!

We were not happy to have to shop for toilet paper soap and other amenities 6 towels are definetly not enough for 6 people for 5 days parking should have been paid for from price of apartment there were no instructions for the house itself like tv remote washer was not working. The place was very nice but not like any other places we stayed that had all the things included. Don’t think we’ll be staying there next year

Great View

Overall property was as advertised with a great view from the balcony. A few minor maintenance items are needed along with more attention to detail on cleaning. We had a great time at San Carlos and would recommend.
