Unbelievable private unit that has been updated with beautiful custom granite, larger shower, tile back-splash, and high end bedding. Located in the heart of everything that is Gulf Shores, walk to many, many great places to eat and drink. Zero-entry pool and 300 feet on the pristine Gulf waters edge. Enjoy this spacious unit with the family and friends for the ultimate beach getaway.

This unit sleeps 8 people (sleeper sofa in living room). The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The dining table seats 6 with 4 at the bar.

Walking Distance to Restaurants - Great spring and summer rates. Beautiful Coastal Decorated Condo at San Carlos located on the 15th floor on East Beach of Gulf Shores.

Parking passes are to be purchases onsite. Passes are $50 each. Limit 2 per unit.

Gulf Shores Beach home

Oyster Festival Weekend

We had the best stay! The condo was the perfect size for 6 adults and a baby. Location was close to the Hangout where we attended the oyster festival. Everyone had their own bed/bath with privacy for everyone. Really had a nice trip. Weather was perfect too!

We were not happy to have to shop for toilet paper soap and other amenities 6 towels are definetly not enough for 6 people for 5 days parking should have been paid for from price of apartment there were no instructions for the house itself like tv remote washer was not working. The place was very nice but not like any other places we stayed that had all the things included. Don’t think we’ll be staying there next year

Great View

Overall property was as advertised with a great view from the balcony. A few minor maintenance items are needed along with more attention to detail on cleaning. We had a great time at San Carlos and would recommend.

This property is great location for our family reunion. But I have one major concern they shut down the key code at 8:30am on check out day. Makes it very hard to pack up and not be able to get back in property!!

Gulf Shores 2021

The condo was so nice. Way prettier in person than the pictures even show. Stocked with everything we needed. We did not find the hidden beach chairs until the last day but everything else exceeded our expectations.

Perfect vacation

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and organized. All the space made everything so much easier with sleeping arrangements, eating and getting prepared for our day. This property was perfect for all we needed to do on our vacation. Almost everything we did we walked due to this condo. Will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!!!!

View was wonderful! Was not clean. Found socks and toys under the bed. Make sure you have garbage b.

My daughter left some clothes in a closet. We have contacted several times. Haven’t received yet. We will not stay at this site again.

Amazing manager that helped me out

I did not get to go due to scheduling issue on my part. As soon as I made reservation I had to call and the manager called me right back. When I rented it was discounted with no cancellations policy. I assumed I had just lost a lot of money by making the scheduling mistake, but the manager worked with me and cancelled the reservation with no issues. I will rent from him in the future due to his help and understanding.
