Welcome to Beach Paradise, an adorable three-bedroom and three-bathroom home plus a private suite totaling four bedrooms. Just a quick walk from the pristine Gulf of Mexico beach, you'll love spending your days in the sun!

The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials for preparing delicious meals and has stainless steel appliances. The open living area has two seating areas designed to make every guest comfortable. One has a large mounted TV, and the second is in the Florida-style room with plush wicker seating; this is also where you will find the home’s formal dining room table.

Unwind in the primary bedroom with beautiful blue décor, storage space, and a King bed. The two Queen guest bedrooms have vibrant beach vibes, and one has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hallway bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and plenty of counter space for you and your guests to get ready. Through the laundry room is the second living space that has a living area with a wet bar and TV. The outside can also access this area. The private suite is up the spiral staircase and is perfect for traveling with multiple families. It has a Queen bed, bunk bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Paradise in the sun

This house amazing. It was everything we wanted and more. The patio with pool and hot tub was fantastic. Communication with the AMI staff was fast and efficent and solved .our grill fell apart and they replaced immediately. We were just a block from the beach. Thank you for helping us have an amazing vacation.

Best beach house

We all loved staying at this house so much! It was beautiful, near the beach, had a fenced in back yard wirh a pool/hot tub, had beach chairs and other things, plenty of space for our family, amd more. It was clean and located very close to the beach it was a very short walk over. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

House was perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Pool was lovely, nice and private. Easy block walk to/from beach. House was clean, and had enough beach towels. There were a few chairs but the beach wagon was pretty old and looked more like a beach stroller so we ended up carrying stuff to beach. I’m glad I read the pre arrival message. They are VERY limited with supplies. 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels. A small box for kitchen supplies which included a mini bottle of soap, a sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry tabs and 2 garbage bags. For a house with 4bds and staying a week they should have at least doubled the dishwasher and garbage. I planned ahead and brought some down. We have stayed at many rental properties and usually there are left over spices, etc. This home had nothing. So be prepared to buy EVERYTHING! We had a problem with the hot tub and I sent a text after hours, got a text back the following morning and they sent over someone to check on it for us. There is a child pool safety alarm on the back door which you have to press every time you open so just be prepared for that. We enjoyed our time on AMI but it is just TOO busy during Spring Break. One night we went to dinner and were told by 3 different restaurants that there was no way we would be seated. Since most of them don’t take reservations if you go during PEAK dates be prepared to go to dinner at like 3pm.

Nice Family Style Rental

Plenty of space for a family of 7. Backyard and pool were a big plus. Lots of seating & a separate wing for either kids or adults, but the spiral staircase can be a challenge. Location is nice. Less than a block from beach, but crossing the street during heavy traffic isn’t great. Also, there’s a ton of construction around the island, so be patient. Not really bike friendly, so think about renting a golf cart to get around the island.

Great vacation home!

We loved our stay at this home in Anna Maria Island. We were traveling with 5 kids total…2 babies under the age of 2, and this home was more than accommodating for a large group. The upstairs level was perfect for the bigger kids, although, the spiral staircase was a bit steep and scary. The upstairs bathroom is the only bathtub in the house, as well. The pool was PERFECT!! The location of the home to the beach was PERFECT!! We would definitely stay here again.

Could use some updating inside....

Overall, the rental was nice. Some areas (especially the bathrooms. kitchen, and laundry room) could use some updates and finishing work. However, the pool and hot tub were very nice and we had all the towels we could need. We had repairmen visiting during our stay to fix closet doors and our dishwasher failed a few days before check out. For what we paid, I think it was over priced and I would choose another place next time. AMI locals is always a pleasure to do business with.

All we needed for a great vacation!!!

This home met all our check offs! Both on-line and IRL (in real life)! It is so convenient to the beach! And the pool area is fabulous! There are such nice, spacious living areas both inside the home and out around the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great tropical backyard retreat

The house was overall amazing. The girls loved swimming in the pool and we all loved the hot tub. The neighbors on one side were loud at night but, otherwise our stay was perfect. And the geckos were very cute. They loved to hang out and we found them very interesting. It’s a great location just steps from the beautiful beach but we loved the backyard so much it was hard to leave it.

This place is not even a block from the beach. The house was plenty spacious with room for everyone to have their alone time if needed and the pool and hot tub were great! Warm the entire time!!! Would definelty stay here again.

6 days No hot water during Covid!

Upon arrival the ice maker is broken and making loudest noise ever, no hot water but lots of signs to be patient; hot water takes a while. Also the garbage disposal doesn’t work and there is an obnoxious siren that sounds when you open any back door; we thought the police were coming. Day 2 we realize the hot water doesn’t just take a while, it takes forever. We figured out the bypass buttons for the door sirens but they only give you 10 seconds to get in or out before shrieking. Also the grill igniter isn’t working, there are no instructions for the TVs and the remote batteries are apparently dead. Day 3 still no ice (but we’ve become accustomed to the intense sound transmitting from the freezer), no hot water and now the pool filter and heater are not working. During all of this we are leaving multiple messages and speaking with different management associates. We had multiple service technicians in and out daily but by Thursday (we arrived Saturday) we still had no hot water. It was on day 6 at 7:30 pm that we finally had hot water for showers, dishes and laundry. The owner is now refusing to compensate us adequately. The owners were the last ones to stay before us so they were surely aware of most of these problems. We would definitely not recommend this owner or Anna Maria Island Accommodations.

We liked our stay very much. The house offered everything we expected from it.

The house is very well distributed with ample space to socialize. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a week stay. The pool area was great and the Landscapping was very tastefully done. Overall, I recommend this property and hope to visit it again.

Paradise doesn’t begin to cover it

This property was amazing, plenty of space for a group of 8. The pool and landscape was beautiful, and it was 3 minute walk from the beach. The only piece of advice I can give is to hit the bypass button on the backyard door alarm before opening the door, it’s a kids alarm that goes off as soon as you open the door. Oh and also, the house is super well equipped with everything you need for your stay including beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas.

Wow!

Great house! 8 adults fit comfortably in this house! Location to the beach was just as it was described! We had issues with the upstairs air and it was repaired the next day! Our only complaint was the child pool alarm on the back door. It only gave you 10 seconds to get out before going off. The bypass button was pretty high to reach. Going out wasn’t bad but coming inside was harder. The stoop going in isn’t wide enough. I’m 5’ so I really had to stretch. My elderly parents had the most difficulty with it. I think it’s a simple fix. It wouldn’t stop me from renting again! The backyard pool area is amazing!!

Family Vacation

After reading the review from June, honestly we were a little worried. Our minds were quickly changed when we entered! First we appreciated how CLEAN it smelled. With everything going on, we could tell they took their time to make sure it was clean for us! The backyard was awesome, it was so secluded, even though we knew there were houses all around, we could not see anyone! Beautiful! The separate living room and upstairs bedroom was great for the teenagers, we didn’t hear them at all. Thankful for the 2nd refrigerator, came in handy for extra ice storage and drinks. The beach was so close, basically a house away. Management was quick to respond to questions. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. We had a great relaxing time!

Beachside Paradise

Great pool, great location! We had a great time at AMI. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Backyard and pool area was amazing. Quick 2 minute walk to the beach was perfect. House could use a few more kitchen items for guests that want to eat in....a big collander for cooking pasta, a couple pitchers for lemonade or iced tea would have been nice. We highly recommend a kayak trip with Happy Paddler in Long Boat Key and parasailing with YOLO. Kids had a great time renting scooters, hoping on the trolley to check out the island, and swimming in the ocean with the manatee. Highly recommend this house for a party of 8:)

Was not Beachside Paradise

We checked in Saturday, that night we went to take a shower in the MAIN bath of the house (the bathroom for the master and another bedroom) and discovered a large water leak. Leaking into the living room thru the wall as well. Called Sun. Maintenance came out, said plumber would have to be called. Heard nothing rest of Sunday or Monday. Finally Tuesday I called again. Wednesday plumber came. Half the trip could not use the bathroom. Had to go across the house upstairs to use shower. Bad communication to start, by the time we left Mgt was calling regularly, but a little late. After it was fixed, had an issue with stopped up toilet, fixed the next day. No offer of compensation. Wasn’t expected but would have been good PR. Oh well, stay clear. Old house, not the best shape and kept finding dead roaches. One even in the bed when we got there. Didn’t complain because they were dead, But on top of everything else it is worth the mention.

Pros and Cons

Pros- location. Great proximity to everything you need... beach, restaurants and Publix. Private Pool. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels.plenty of sitting space Inside and out. Floors are updated and nice. Cons- Home is in need of TLC. Despite all of the items I will list below, the home needs refreshed. New blinds, furniture, bedding etc. would make a huge difference. The furniture (sofas, chairs) are all fabric and are filthy. So much so that we used beach towels to Cover the furniture before lounging on them. The shower doors do not slide properly making it very difficult to get in and out of the shower. One came off the hinge and my husband had to fix it which is not ideal On vacation. The downstairs shower takes quite a while To warm (5 mins) and even then it doesn’t get hot, just warm. There is a sticker on the mirror saying “relax the hot water takes a while.” It seems they would just fix the issue opposed to putting up a sticker. I am sure it’s expensive to replace the windows but in the middle of the day the home will not get any cooler than 78. It may be due to being on an island, but the wi-fi was an issue and was off more than it was On. Maybe updating the modem would help, not sure.

Retirement celebration trip

This location can’t be beat! It was about 3minutes to walk to the beach and a lovely fun pool in our own backyard. Plenty of days we used both. The location was also convenient to ride bikes up to Pine avenue to hit some tourist shops or see Bean Pointe. I was glad we were not on the eastern side of the island as it seemed much more windy and the beaches weren’t as pleasant. Some tips for the mgt company, and knowledge for renters- it would be nice to have more than one trash bag, and one roll of TP per bathroom. Little extras should be supplied like foil, cooking spray, or a few spices. They did supply beach chairs, a few noodles, a couple of floaters and sand toys. I highly recommend renting a canopy shade structure and a wagon to pull it in for the beach. One day we even set it up over an end of the pool. FYI. Grocery store is about 8 minutes away. Be aware liquor stores close really early here about 8 pm.

Our Labor Day Stay

We had 7 adults and a 4 year old, and everyone was pleased with the stay. The house has everything you need.... 2 refrigerator/freezers, 2 minute walk to the beach, trolley rides to anywhere on the island, pool service twice during our stay, excellent checkin process, super friendly people!!.... great stay. One note to property managers ... don't forget to change the light bulb in the master bathroom!!

Great vacation, perfect house!

We just ended our annual family vaca in FL. This year we chose AMI and after a long process of picking a house, we chose this one. First, were VRBO owners and have a high standard for what we think is acceptable. We brought our kids and their friends all btw 17-21. We chose this house because of the location, pool pictures and reviews. The location is perfect. It’s literally 50 steps from the beach. They have beach chairs, towels and boogie boards available. We wound up buying a beach cart, umbrella and some rafts since we spent a lot of time on the beautiful beach. The pool is exactly as pictured...Tropical and clean. The house layout is as described. The layout was perfect for us...the teenage boys basically had their own wing and bathroom, which was fabulous for them and us! The house was very clean, everything worked properly and there was actually an extra refrigerator in the utility room which was great. As a side note, one of the previous reviews referenced an icky pillow. I didn’t see that pillow and all of the towels and linens appeared fine to me, so the mgr must have taken care of it. We had a great stay, thank you for opening your home to our family. Check-in and out was a breeze and the property managers were easy to communicate with. **long review courtesy of our 15 hour ride home in progress :)

Great Place for Wonderful vacations.

Excellent place for rest and spend time with your family and friends. Less than a block from de beach and very central from everything do you need, I mind Publix, CVS etc.
