Family vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation staying here and would definitely come back again! The house had everything we needed and was exactly as described. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and pool right there. AMI Locals was also very responsive to all of our questions and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great vacation

Staycation!
The house is is well decorated and just as pictured! I didn't like that people come in the home without any notice for garbage collections and what not. I would have been very upset had we gone for a walk and had someone come in when my teen children were home alone. If this is the case there should be either a set time or specific mention of this in the pre-arrival instructions. The house overall was great!

Family Spring Break
We were pleasantly surprised at just how nice this condo was! The pictures did not quite do it justice. It was not just tastefully decorated, but had almost everything a family would need while on vacation. Our check-in was delayed for about an hour because the cleaners were not finished cleaning, but they were very thorough and it was spotless. My only criticism would be the the mattresses need to be replaced on all of the beds. They were all very hard and uncomfortable. The ceiling fan in one of the guest bedrooms was not working, but management did their best to try and fix it. Also, be aware that they put a limit on how low you can adjust the thermostat (72degrees), which may not be cool enough in the heat of the summer but ended up being comfortable during our stay. It would’ve been good to know that the community pool closes at sunset, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Lastly, while on vacation, we lost track of what day of the week it was and didn’t get the trash cans to the curb as asked. That should not be the responsibility of the vacationers and maybe something that the management company helps with - just a thought. All in all, we loved our stay and recommend it to all!

This place was absolutely gorgeous it was very clean, comfortable beds, very close to walking to the beach I believe it took me four minutes to walk to the beach(with 3 kids)they provide you a wagon chairs noodles for the pool and then we left a couple boogie boards that the next guest will be able to use . You’re in walking distance to many shops and many restaurants. There is just so much to do there’s and so much in walking distance. I cannot highly recommend this condo enough. It’s on a beautiful street, quiet neighborhood, the pool was wonderful and just across the driveway. Beautiful five star, if I could give it more I would. They also provide a lot of towels, including beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked! Decor is also amazing!!! Do not hesitate on this one!!!! You are told in your welcome email how many trash bags, toilet paper, etc you will be provided so that you can plan accordingly.

Not all the amenities are listed on the website and when I inquired I didn’t even get complete responses from the management company. There are absolutely no extras offered and it had bare minimum supplies (one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and two dishwasher tablets for 7 nights and no garbage sacks) The beach chairs were rusted with torn seats.

Poor communication with mgmt
We upgraded to this property because of the pool. The prior renters didnt leave the key to enter the pool area and we went days without access to the pool. Management would not respond to text. When called they said a maintenance person would be there that day. They never came. Messages were left with no return call. My husband showed up in the office and it was addressed then. Overall poor followup by the mgmt co.
